My mind is my haven

Yet I have no where to hide

Crazy thoughts

Constantly running in my mind

Wired feelings

I’ve never felt

Makes me giddy

Makes me wanna shout .

Feeling of something

Deep within me

Trying it’s best to reach out

With all my might

I struggle to keep it locked in

I’m fuckin petrified

If I declined

What would this thing do to my insides

It creeps in my throat

I promise you not

I feel it real tight

Makes me want to choke .

To keep it down

Is a strength I hold

Coz this fucker really wants to take hold

But I’m scared how my future will unfold .

Why did you leave me on the cross roads,

Cold and alone,

With a thousand thoughts creating a storm.

You left me in the darkest skies,

my coldest hour ,

Did it make you feel better ?

To know I was breaking,

Under your footstep .

Pressure after pressure,

As you watched me shatter

But it didn’t matter.

If you were true , You thought you could piece

Me back together

With glue .

But never the same

And now your ashamed

Because the damaged you caused

Is clear .

A rose is red as the blood

That trickles when you prick

Your self with her thorns ,

The moon is as bright as the path

Lit , only enough for you to see the scary stuff,

The sun only shines, when it’s enemy’s are asleep,

Like the eagle in the sky

Waiting for its next victim who can’t escape,

The frog will watch each tiny slug

Against the river bugs,

While the spider etches her sketches

Against the moon lit sky,

The water speckles her nightmare

As it lights up her silver lined lie ,

The flys retreat from her secret trap

While her baby’s wait for it to fall

In their lap,

And all is lost in a blink of the eye .

Confused they once told me .

Confused of what I asked ?

Life was thier reply.

Life? I asked ? Im Not confused of life , I’m confused to why in life is so much hatred . I understand life is a game of play but I can’t accept the world we are in!

I can’t understand the broken homes, the hunger, the greed , the death!

I don’t understand why another human would want to hurt another human?

Or is it because they ain’t human ? Or maybe I’m not?

Surely in life we all want the same , love , happiness and equality!

I don’t understand how ones brain can tick to create such havoc ! I don’t understand how we as humans can disregard each other’s life so easily !

It’s not humane - yet we call ourselfs human! A human has a heart and two eyes ! To see and to feel the damage of our actions ! Not to be blind!

So yeah I’m confused to what has happened to the what we call human life !

I see the sun, I see the sand , I see the sea, but I can't see the air .

I can see all that's beautiful around me.

But you no what I can't see .

The thing that keeps me alive !!

And that's the distraction in life !!

We are surrounding by beauty, ugliness , and everything far and between .

But do those things really bother me ??

Where's my twisted feelings , my emotions when they run high, the 1000 words that race through my head every night !!!

But why ? Cant I see these in front of me!!

If these were on show they wouldn't be a distraction it's my lifelong goals !!

These are the main yet they kept locked away ... tightly secure inside my brain... The things we can see , touch, feel , smell are distractions in my way!!

Why can't the things that matter be so easy to reach and grab!!

To put all that matters out on a table would be a lifelong puzzle but that puzzle is my goal in life it's the only thing on this earth that's been made just for me!!!

So when you see that beautiful flower blossoming don't make it a distraction , make it a reality and amend it on your perception to alter what it divides your own path to!!!

In life we are giving just one shot, what makes you think you have the power to take that from me? Did you create me ? Can you even see me? I told you I can’t breathe, yet my words were silenced upon your knee. A black thing is all you see, not a man not me . A human your brother , begging under for the force of your power for my right n will to breathe. And still you couldn’t see me. The devil is inside you and I sympathised with you . How can you allow that man inside your soul ? But now you have released him into me . My soul is free but my mind can’t breathe. 8 minutes you took that was long enough. I heard Jesus call me to the hood. But I weren’t ready to go . I bloody told you so ! Now I’m here with a million voices and more! All Screaming through my hometown I can’t breathe or move! Can you hear me now! A million voices roar. But still it falls upon your ears! My pain is burning up through your towns, co-operate-coppers still prowling the streets ! Through all the noise, anger and blaze you still can’t see me stood here , clear for all to see! Three simple words - I CANT BREATHE!

In life we have years , but in reality it’s seconds!

Within a blink our whole life can be altered !

Do you really appreciate life ?!

What we are giving , what we can give ?!

Is it a blessing or curse to be living on our world of ours today!

Children always hurting, adults always killing!

Not even the waters are no longer clean!

Food is processed - it’s a chemical overload to a body we have neglected !

The air we breath is no longer healthy it’s a time bomb waiting on your lungs!

The weak die young but their always live the hardest !

Life is a game of fear, hope & love,

But is it ?

Or is it just a part of a illusionist to paint ourselves this pretty picture

Our children ,

our off spring .

Have to be strong ,

mentally and physically to take on this world !

A lot tougher then us

As the world adapts people adapt!

And not always in the best way!

Hold ya love ones close , keep your enemy’s away not closer !

Hold your head high above the dark cloud that smothers you and carry on my soldiers !

Because I hope and pray one day the fog will fade and the sun will shine for all to breathe what was ment to be !

Her eyes remind me the first sea that I saw,

The kind of sea you only see in a draw.

When I’m looking at them I am getting out my mind,

The most beautiful thing a man could even find.

She took possession of my mind, of my dreams, of my soul.

When she is not there, I am feeling like if I was stuck in a hole.

Her presence is giving me the faith like if she was giving me a rope,

To get me out of that well and offer me the hope,

To see her one day having a rest in my arms,

While she doesn’t realize how effective are her charms.

I could spend my whole days looking at her sleeping face,

As long as she is there, I will never leave this place.

Don’t lose yourself like me

Just sat staring at the tress

Admiring the beauty

Beyond your own little lies

Believing all you see .

Don’t let the pretty things in life

Fool you

Remember a face is a blessing in a disguise

And the fool will always turn out to be you

If you truly loose your soul .
