Universe, please keep me soft, but hard to fool. Surround me with energy that pours back into me. Expose what’s not real. Elevate what is. And when I forget who I am, bring me home.
i want to shake many young women and say you can grow in private. and what i mean by that is that you don’t have to publicly self-flagellate when you don’t know something or when you say something a little insensitive or whatever else. you don’t have to report your Bad Thoughts and Ignorance to the crowd who waits to judge you. you do not have to pay penance. you do not have to issue public statements. nothing more is gained from burying yourself in shame than you could gain by thinking “oh i don’t know about this” and looking it up real quick, or thinking “hm, that wasn’t how i want to behave, i’ll do different next time” and then moving on with your life. no need to choke yourself with it.
i became what i needed and called it art
a deep connection can’t be formed without emotional safety. without safety, there’s no trust. without trust, there’s no vulnerability. without vulnerability, there’s no intimacy + without intimacy, there’s no true connection.
my mind is very beautiful and it’s going to take me very far.
Favorite American vacation spots?
The Greenbrier in West Virginia and the Montage at Palmetto Bluff in South Carolina are both gorgeous. I prefer the South to the West Coast now, so my opinions on vacation spots are going to be biased. Both resorts are more relaxing than Amangiri (Utah, ugh) and the Miraval (I can’t do Arizona), and the Florida resorts and 30A have been run over by influencers, so I don’t bother visiting anymore. Another really fun thing to do is to rent a nice beach house somewhere right on the water, in an area with great restaurants and even better weather, and spend a week just relaxing. I rented a spot on Lake Michigan with a few girlfriends last summer and it was a perfect time.
Say it with me: I owe it to myself to see how good it can get.
I’m always shocked when girls turn down the opportunity to have American vacations. I love a short flight and a good stateside stay because then I’m able to start enjoying myself immediately instead of trying to fight off jet lag or figure out a new country.
i was such a weird lonely little girl and maybe i grew to be a weird lonely woman but idc i built this life for myself and maybe it doesn’t always make sense to others and maybe isn’t always easy or beautiful but it is mine and i cherish it

Things that changed your face?
Lip filler, a tan, no more bottom mascara, thinner and slightly darker eyebrows, gua sha and nu face daily, good skincare, limiting alcohol and focusing on what I put into my body, cutting sugary drinks and adding kefir/kombucha to my hydration schedule, washing my sheets and makeup tools weekly, red light therapy, and learning how to apply makeup properly did it for me.
