I’m Not Usually Scared Of Liquid Calories But Today I Had 2 McDonald’s Coffee Frappe (no Whipped

I’m not usually scared of liquid calories but today I had 2 McDonald’s coffee frappe (no whipped cream and no chocolate drizzle) but I’m still fuxking scared of how many calories I had today even tho I only ate 200 calories.

I’m not usually this scared of liquid cals, I avoid them where I can but I’ve got my safe drinks which is caramel latte (120 cals wit milk) and McDonald’s coffee frappe (no cream or chocolate) (400 cals) which usually make me happy and not give me a panic attack like they did today. I’ve had so many calories today it’s not funny and I’m positive I’m gonna gain weight!

I just want to throw myself of a bridge for letting myself have this many calories, it’s like I want to stay fat at this point.

I’m so over myself and I just want this to end

now i don't know if this will work as i haven't ever tried it before (duh) but this is a reallyyyyy high restriction diet that i am hoping will get me to 110lbs (50kg) by christmas. it's a mix of some random diet plans i found and the theory that the abc diet is based on: 'alternating caloric intake'. weigh ins will be based on when i have psych appointments, and if im not getting the results i want i will lower calories for some days :) this will be the hardest thing i have ever done, but i HAVE to do it, i can't give up !!

5th: water fast

6th: 200

7th: water fast (weigh in)

8th: water fast

9th: 500

10th: 200

11th: 650

12th: water fast

13th: dry fast

14th: 200 (weigh in)

15th: 800

16th: water fast

17th: water fast

18th: 600

19th: 200

20th: 450

21st: dry fast

22nd: water fast

23rd: 400

24th: 1000

25th: 300 (weigh in)

if anyone has any ideas on changes i should make or if i should modify things at all PLEASE let me know :))

(i have never done a dry fast before and i have heard differing opinions on them so if anyone is a ~dry fast veterin~ gimme some hints ;D)

Welcome to my favourite new filling recipe under 160 cals

Apple pie oats

70g of rolled oats (50 cals)

130g/medium Apple (76 cals)

2tsp of ground cinnamon (11 cals)

2tsp of Brown sugar (23 cals)

Instructions

Put rolled oats in microwaveable bowl, add water until oats are covered and microwave for 90 seconds

Cut up apple into cubes

Place Apple in oats, add cinnamon and brown sugar.

Mix until all combined and enjoy

All together this is 160 cals and fills u right up
