Ive been fasting for 127 hours and I have to break it today and Iโm terrified. I hit 73.40kg which is awesome and by next week I hope I hit 72.80-73.00kg cause I need to lose so much weight I hate being over weight itโs literally horrible.
The only horrible thing about this is I am not seeing and or much physical changes like Iโm still huge, yeah the number on the scale isnโt 85kg anymore but Iโm still humongous I just want to be petite already.
Iโve literally been at this weight for a month and I am crying.
I am going to try high cal restriction for a week instead of just a few day. Around 1200 - 1500 cal (5028kj - 6285kj)
Iโm hoping this will boost my metabolism and get out of this weight cause I was going amazing and losing a 1kg a week and now Iโm, well, here in a plateau.
Any other tips are greatly appreciated ๐

Okay so I just binged on kfc and a donut, it was 546 cals for the tenders and 300 cals for the donut. Iโm literally so dead and want to kms. I purged it but still feel like absolute shit with a total of 1107 calories in total today.
I need to die, I am sick of this cycle.
It takes 3 months to make a drastic change to your appearance. By September you can be at your goal weight. By October you can dress in that Halloween costume you were waiting to wear until you lost the weight. By November you can wear big sweaters and cute socks and look ADORABLE. By December you can actually enjoy the holidays and not be concerned about that extra fat you used to carry around. By January, you can cross out โlose weightโ from your New Yearโs resolution because you were disciplined enough to get to your goal weight a long time ago. Just imagine where you could be if you just stick to your plans for the next 3 months.
Every other month on my twitter timeline I see women notice that their pics got used for fatspo and it's heartbreaking.
Imagine thinking that you have the right to post other peoples bodies and call them things just for motivation. Believe it or not, some people (no matter what weight they are) love their bodies, have self-esteem and unlike us aren't mentally ill. People who post fatspo are the ones with the problems.
If you post fatspo or publicly shame someone for their weight in order to boost your own ED you are no better than the skinny girls who called you fat behind your back, you are no better than your family members who made comments on your eating habits and you are no better than the guys who asked you out as a dare because of your weight. Being skinny with an ugly personality is not cute. You're bullying.
