Thought yall on here may appreciate my new rule for myself
-your lowest weight is other peoples highest.
-people never noticing that you don’t eat due to your weight.
-ACTUALLY being medically fat, not just feeling fat.
-having legitimate problems working out (knees can’t handle all the weight, asthma, etc)
-”you probably shouldn’t eat that, should you?” when taking your first bite of a remotely unhealthy food in MONTHS.
-losing over 70lbs and still not be close to ‘thin’.
-thinner anas looking down on you because you’re not skinny enough. (actually happened)
-thinner anas telling you to ‘stop starving yourself’ or ‘turn back before you get sick’ when you’ve actually been doing this longer than them.
-MORE SIDE EFFECTS!
-being petty and offended when people half your size call themselves fat in front of you, well knowing you weigh twice as much as them. (this is a personal problem but still)
-actually being happy to be at a NORMAL weight for once.
-”MY BMI IS FINALLY UNDER 25!”
-lower chances of actually hitting your ugw because your body literally can’t lose more.
-LOOSE SKIN. L O T S OF IT.
-knowing you’ve lost more than most of the fellow anas, but not being able to talk about it because your cw isn’t low enough just yet.
so shoutout to all the bigger people with anorexic tendencies, because they deserve way more. because they’ve gone through this pain for so long without enough recognition. because within the ana community, they’re often not even acknowledged. because THEY ARE VALID TOO.
i started at over 250lbs and hit my first plateau at 149, so i do have a right to complain, thank you very much. (i’m just over 5′4. just imagine.)
After a month at being stuck at 72kg I’ve finally hit 70kg weighing in at 70.45kg (155lbs) this morning
I’ve literally been at this weight for a month and I am crying.
I am going to try high cal restriction for a week instead of just a few day. Around 1200 - 1500 cal (5028kj - 6285kj)
I’m hoping this will boost my metabolism and get out of this weight cause I was going amazing and losing a 1kg a week and now I’m, well, here in a plateau.
Any other tips are greatly appreciated 😊

A little about me
Ive had an Ed since I was 8 unfortunately and it went from BED to ANA with b/p subtype since then
I fast as long as I can as eating nothing is easier than eating a little, the longest being 127 hours (6 days). Whenever I eat something I purge it regardless of it being a binge or not, I’ve been trying not to but it’s really hard to sit with the feeling.
Feel free to bully me with meanspo, sweetspo and whatever
My mother is a pilates teacher and I’ve always watched her as she worked with love and passion, however I’ve never understood how truly amazing pilates is. I’ve been doing on my own pilates workouts for a year by now and with my mom’s teachings I’ve seen major changes in my physique that not even thousands of cardio workouts could achieve. Also I have to give props to whoever invented pilates because you can stay in your home, without sweating too much and wearing comfortable clothes and at the same time getting effective results. So I chose to share some of those videos with all of you and I’m going to update everytime I find some new that I enjoy and think are suitable for everyone.

Be aware! some common mistakes people do and that I’ve done for a long time:
don’t hold your breath, breathing is your friend: exhale during the hardest part of the exercise and inhale during the resting part
DO NOT ARCH YOUR BACK! THIS IS SO IMPORTANT. If your lower back is hurting you’re not working your abs at all but you’re just hurting yourself. Don’t push your body where you aren’t comfortable, there are always modifications you can do.
always keep the core strong when you’re in plank positions, otherwise you’ll be working your wrists instead of your abs.
when you’re doing squats be careful to your knees, they have to be in line with your toes: you want to work your booty and quads, not hurt your poor knees.
open your shoulders, stay tall like you have a glass of water on your head and open your chest because your back needs lots of love and care since we always neglect it: posture is so important!
don’t think working out as pain in the ass: it helps your body, it’s a moment of healing after all those hours spent at school or at work, it’s a moment of recovery and serenity that you owe to yourself.
