I miss my rat child.

Yesterday, I send my mom a link to something I thought about applying for and asked for some advice and she left me on read.
Today, I texted her that the stores in my city are open for shopping again and she texts back immediately to ask when she can come visit me to go shopping.

Can we talk how much banger of a line "you will see me once again, but only once" is? Or Inej telling Jan Van Eck that Kaz will cut his son out of Alys' belly? Or Inej replacing Alby's lion puppet with a crow one? Everyone always says how Kaz is the scariest crow, we see Inej as this good, kindhearted girl, and she is good, but when the job requires it, she's terrifying. It's not like Kaz is the violent gang leader and Inej is his princess. She's the Wraith, and she'll haunt people. She's a menace.
