Some design work for the bachelor film I'm working on right now.
1 hour colour studies from Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
I finished my fanart of Chicken, Rebel and her many small allies!! I think this one is the last of the three duo-mutant-portraits I wanted to make. But I still have a couple of them which I want to draw one day.
The Dungeons&Dragons-team I have been DM’ing for with some delicious homebrew for Pathfinder. They have been parted up from THIS POST because I wanted to give each of the players a picture of their own character (in my interpretation). They are lovely folks :>
Last weekend I was at Nordic Game Jam in Copenhagen! Approx 500 people came from all over the world and made game prototypes in just x48 hours. My team made a co-op arena game about using mirrors to concentrate UV beams to charge up an objective-marker bulb. Oh and by the way, the arena is being attacked by energy vampires, flying decapitated Frankenstein-monster heads and swarms of blood bats! Want to try it out yourself? Or with a friend? Try it out here:
Alright alright, here we go:
- Binding of Issac (I love me some Rogue-like, quick procudeal generated levels with nasty small monsters. Hilarious upgrades. I once became a laser-eyed demon who threw up blood at my enemies.)
- Nuclear Throne (Also Rogue-like, but in a post-apokalyptic setting. My go-to atm.)
- Child of Light (Uplay might get in the way. Otherwise cute, turnbased RPG platformer w. great story + artstyle. Somewhat dark though.)
- Darkest Dungeon (Warning: Can get depri at times because you want your team to survive, be nice, get along and not go mad - but they can't :'( )
- Evil Genius (Want to have an hilarious army-builder RTS and play Simes all while starring as the villan in an old James Bond film? This is for you then.)
- Far Cry 2/3/4 (They are not connected and they only work if Uplay actually allows you to play them. Btw I f*ing hate Uplay. Great games - makes you cause chaos around the globe.)
- Half Life 2 + ep.1 + ep.2 (I have a hard times describing these. To me, they are still the greatest exable of good storytelling in games + amazing atmosphere. I love them so much.)
- Mark of the Ninja (You like beautiful 2D-animation and stealth? I my opinion the best stealth game ever.)
- Orcs must die 1 (Strategic tower defense w. 3rd person shooter elements starring goofy douchey-fuckboy.)
- Plants vs. Zombies (Tower defense set in a garden. LOOVE all the mini games + you get to build your own zen-garden. Disclaimer: Popcap changed A LOT of things in this game since it came out.)
- Rochard (Small, fun sci-fi puzzle shooter w. great story. Can be played through in an evening or two.)
- The Witcher 2 (You want to play an RPG, but you also want to hate yourself a little bit. Combat is hard to begin with, the story is AMAZING - but check videos explaining the first game as well as which talent-trees not to take.)
uraniumraptor replied to your post “luccorvus replied to your post:Man I’m so damn starved for new games…”
Sounds like you want a list of good non-multiplayer games - wait let me just get the list out.
Come at me bro
More Nuclear Throne fanart! This time of Plant (my personal favourite) and Melting. And people were super sweet in the tags on the last fanart - thank you for that.
A little adventurers band who are ready for action! One of them is a frog.
A style test done for shepherdfilm - it is funny how much you can learn from adapting a new style.
The stream has ended! Thank you everyone who dropped by. I'm sorry the tech gave us difficulties in the last bit.
Anyway, here is the result of this evenings stream.
