Hello wonderful people! During the last month I have been preoccupied with a freelance contract for a pretty cool project. I can hopefully show you guys some of that in the beginning of September. Because I REALLY want to. In the meantime, here is the next chess peice. The Bishop! I have a weakness for characters who represent religion wearing armor. There is just a great amout of silly, religious hats that goes so well with it. Now there is only the Tower left. Uuuh.
It’s a gnome rogue! I really have a soft spot for small creatures wielding sharp things.
I’m getting real tired of all this winter nonsense. Normally I love a good winter, but this one is just wet and windy. So, to get in more of a summer mood (and to pick up on the part where this blog is called “goons, guns and GALS”) I decided to draw some beach babes. 1/3
I made a small wannabe-movie poster of our D&D-roster. And we now have a name! Since our game is played in danish, the name “De Rå Få” won’t make sense to a lot of folks, but it translates to “The Roughed Few”. We are only two players and our GM. Raan Vallum is a no-nonsense half-orc mercenary-fighter and Calamus Wynn is a talkative dwarven cleric of the knowledge-domain.
And here from the production blog. Please help us out - thanks :D
Hello dear people! If you liked our film, please help us reach the top 10 on the Ekko film magazine by giving it a rating (preferably a good one) Click the link above to get to the website! That would mean a lot to us!
Thanks! And may the sheep be with you.
My part of the art trade with @geekyanimator. This is their super hero character, Anette.
I installed Maya LT yesterday and started messing around with some old lowpoly files.
Alright alright, here we go:
- Binding of Issac (I love me some Rogue-like, quick procudeal generated levels with nasty small monsters. Hilarious upgrades. I once became a laser-eyed demon who threw up blood at my enemies.)
- Nuclear Throne (Also Rogue-like, but in a post-apokalyptic setting. My go-to atm.)
- Child of Light (Uplay might get in the way. Otherwise cute, turnbased RPG platformer w. great story + artstyle. Somewhat dark though.)
- Darkest Dungeon (Warning: Can get depri at times because you want your team to survive, be nice, get along and not go mad - but they can't :'( )
- Evil Genius (Want to have an hilarious army-builder RTS and play Simes all while starring as the villan in an old James Bond film? This is for you then.)
- Far Cry 2/3/4 (They are not connected and they only work if Uplay actually allows you to play them. Btw I f*ing hate Uplay. Great games - makes you cause chaos around the globe.)
- Half Life 2 + ep.1 + ep.2 (I have a hard times describing these. To me, they are still the greatest exable of good storytelling in games + amazing atmosphere. I love them so much.)
- Mark of the Ninja (You like beautiful 2D-animation and stealth? I my opinion the best stealth game ever.)
- Orcs must die 1 (Strategic tower defense w. 3rd person shooter elements starring goofy douchey-fuckboy.)
- Plants vs. Zombies (Tower defense set in a garden. LOOVE all the mini games + you get to build your own zen-garden. Disclaimer: Popcap changed A LOT of things in this game since it came out.)
- Rochard (Small, fun sci-fi puzzle shooter w. great story. Can be played through in an evening or two.)
- The Witcher 2 (You want to play an RPG, but you also want to hate yourself a little bit. Combat is hard to begin with, the story is AMAZING - but check videos explaining the first game as well as which talent-trees not to take.)
uraniumraptor replied to your post “luccorvus replied to your post:Man I’m so damn starved for new games…”
Sounds like you want a list of good non-multiplayer games - wait let me just get the list out.
Come at me bro
My d&d players faced off against some evil dwarves this evening. I had drawn how I imagined them, but waited with uploading as to not spoil the surprise.
And yes, they were homebrewed to have Princess Mononoke-esk firearms.
