I am not sure what I think nai thinks of people. On one hand he has a visceral reaction to how they treat the plants on the last run, but also he’s not very caring as an adult. Was it pretend?

Burning questions that have haunted me since watching Trigun Stampede:

-Does no one notice the difference between the pale stabby squid man and the fluorescent red golden retriever man?

-Is….. is the body suit attached? Is it not?

-what happened to Tesla after the crash?

-why does vash not know nai’s murderous employees by the time he’s like 150

-is no one going to acknowledge the incredibly invasive nature of what occurred in the last episode????

-what did nai do to vash’s gate at jeneora rock and why did he need diff tech in the last episode?

If anyone with more context or luck with research knows, or wants to theorize, feel free lol

I noticed that nai looked almost albino, but it never occurred to me that he was having sunlight issues. I suppose that does make sense. I thought the hood was just another drama move.

There is also apparently the possibility that nai absorbed her I’ve been told. Elendira being a reincarnation of Tesla would definitely make the rage make more sense, as well as the way vash instinctively responds to her.

Imagine my confusion and disgust when, during a 2AM awakening from insomnia, I find a golf-ball-sized mass of s o m e t h i n g in my bed.

It’s half soft and half tacky and overall a very squishy and concerning organic shape.

It is my pain patch, which came off and balled up sometime in the night

I’m gleeful to announce that our Beloved Bread Wyrm plush has found over 200 homes so far! I’m not alone in wanting to be surrounded by dragons, and I’m happy and thankful that so many of you have sought this little friend out as a companion. The campaign is still going for 7 more days, so I thought to share some behind-the-scenes stuff:

This is the original blueprint I drew for Makeship: a detailed front and side view. I wanted to accentuate the eyes to have that crazed, intense, draconic look. The one that says: I’m huge, I’m terrifying, I’ll dig through your pantry and steal all your silverware. So while my art looks like the dragon’s sizing up a basket of bread, the plush really looks like it already swallowed an entire baguette.

Honestly being a comic artist is wild sometimes. When I first made the comic I hung the plush from my ceiling lamp with a computer cable (didn’t have a rope) and the whole thing CAME crashing down 😐 Seriously dragons are NOT beginner pets, opt for a clothesline if you attempt such a stupid thing.

Diff things u can see looking closely:

-solar panels shading a pedestrian crossing (we have a lot of ppl who walk on the side of the hwy)

-rain runoff goes into garden w/ grab n eat plants

-support columns have wedges on sides for nesting since the birds are already shoving themselves into the crannies of the underside

-water mill since we have a fairly big river

-buildings have smaller-scale wind turbines and/or solar panels to support their energy output

-more plants in the city itself! Not just pollen producing trees

-there’s a light rail that goes thru the nearby cities

-continuing to protect the “protected wildlife” areas
