Gravity Has Betrayed Me Once Again.

Baby me with fiction: I know this story front to back. I could quote whole chapters to you. I know these characters well enough to have imaginary conversations with them. Any trivia you ask I can answer.

Baby me with nonfiction: Uuuuh it was talking about [topic] or something… there was a picture of a thing.

Therefore when you shave you are shaving your organ.

As a full grown adult I still don’t know how to ask for a new friend’s number without it being weird

Genuine question: why do I startle people constantly?

Like I feel like I’m living my life, being polite, but also scaring people all the time for some reason.

Examples:

I’m pretty sure it’s polite to wait for someone to finish talking to interject, so I wait off to the side till there’s a break, but whenever I interject they startle.

I will go to say good morning to someone who is sitting, go to do smth, then come and actually say hi and they jump

People will be chatting or taking wayyyyy to long to look at smth and I wanna see smth nearby so I stay in eye/ear-shot but go look at smth else but when I return it is somehow surprising and startling

….

Y’all I don’t get it. I vocally stim like all the time, so I don’t feel like I’m a particularly quiet person, but I just don’t interrupt people? And somehow I startle like 5 people on a daily basis. Help me

People who use the hot water during ur shower will be like “I only used it for a second!”

Diff things u can see looking closely:

-solar panels shading a pedestrian crossing (we have a lot of ppl who walk on the side of the hwy)

-rain runoff goes into garden w/ grab n eat plants

-support columns have wedges on sides for nesting since the birds are already shoving themselves into the crannies of the underside

-water mill since we have a fairly big river

-buildings have smaller-scale wind turbines and/or solar panels to support their energy output

-more plants in the city itself! Not just pollen producing trees

-there’s a light rail that goes thru the nearby cities

-continuing to protect the “protected wildlife” areas

Zelda enemies be like:

“Here is a bland orb that could pass as a friendly”

“And here is a grotesque eldritch abomination”
