So I got my period today and had a few bad food days but got a low weight of 73.80kg but gone back up into the 74s today, hopefully next weigh day I’ll be 73kg on the dot of close.
Lots hope I weigh less next Sunday, I binged yesterday and I only gained 500g despite eating like 2000 cals.
After going on a trek with a mate of mine this weekend and having to forcibly eat, my purging habits came back pretty bad. I hate binging and purging, so I decided to make a list of a bunch of things you can do to avoid a binge! I made this not only for myself, but for every one of you that may be struggling with a binging problem too.

Was feeling really hungry today to I waited for dinner and had some squid + veggies with long grain rice (picked most of it off) + beetroot (max of 400 cals)
Also had some fruit salad which was max of (150 cals)
So I’m total I had 550 cals
Not a good day today not a good day at all!
And to top that off I relapsed on self harm after being 3 weeks clean
So I'm not but three pages into 'The Girl and the Goddess' by Nikita Gill.
And I'm kicked into this moving poem that hits home so fuckin hard. This is gonna be a hard read.
