how do you do torsos?

it’s not anatomically accurate but this is basically how i do torso

ok heres a small thing for drawing freckles bc i keep seeing artists just putting dots wherever they Feel Like It and as a freckly boy i feel Personally Attacked

try to avoid putting frecks on places that clothes would go a lot

dont space them evenly 

dont draw freckles on a Fresh Born Baby

not much of a tut but here’s my usual process

and some doodles, done in like 15 sec per pair

I haaate painting hair so i try not to take too much time on it

Im not gonna go into detail w the muscles but if you wanna learn the specifics here are some good diagrams! 1,2 Hope that helps a little! Look up rl refs too!

our kid is asking me for help to learn how to draw eyes. i started putting a 'short tutorial' together for him and its now nine pages long and im not even done everything i wanted to say yet.

ive never really made a tutorial before, do you guys have anything more you think i could show him how to do? im planning on getting into eyebrows, eye expressions, and maybe the proportions of the eye in the human face...?

so no one really asked for it and it doesnt have particularly anything to do with demitale but i made a little sketche tutorial on how i draw clothing as well as arm muscles u-u hope this is helpful to you guys as well!
