Describe your first fan creation, I draw a OC called komasanpikachu which is obviously ahybrid of pikachu and komasan from Yokai watch I also drawn Pokemon and even some OC monsters cards for the yugioh series.

Favorite character dynamic: smiling A-holes but deep down they need a hugs and love , shy and kind people that always want to do their best, and introverted or asocial A-holes but are very kind and needs hugs and love.

“I don’t go here but this pair seems fun” ship: I don’t entirely sure either because I also not big on ships but I guess kokobolt is fine from time to time.

Are you also in to Pokémon? And if all the yugioh arcv characters become Pokémon what kind you think they’re gonna be just the main ones and the ones you know

I’ve been a fan of Pokémon for a really long time I have also thought about what Pokémon they would be like a lot so

Yuya= vibrava/flygon

Green and red color scheme plus goggle like eye protection

Yuto= hydreigon

The frills look exactly like his hair and the dark dragon double typing fits him insanely well

Yugo= garchomp

The species is known for being exceptionally fast on the ground and in the air, they are also vicious when angry

Yuri= Dragalge

A leafy sea dragon, plus the colors match him with purples and pinks. The poison typing also is very much a yuri thing

Yuzu: meloetta/jigglypuff

Yuzus flower and music theme is actually really hard to find an exact match for, especially with her trademark pink. While I feel like meloetta matches her more, the pink of jigglypuff is hard to look over

Ruri: starly/staraptor

This may change, but she’s gotta be a bird.

Rin: gardevoir

Just look at it.

Serena: purrloin/leipard

Cat girl, with themes of being a night thief. Alternatively she could also fit litten, or many other cat Pokémon but I think purloin matches her the most.

Reiji: meowstic

Serious expression, knows a lot.

Reira: espurr

Them eyes and also the dex entry stating it has abundant power.

Shingo: zorua

Talent for mimicking others and causing mischief for attention. Another good fit would be mr. mime

Gongenzaka:metagross

Known for being Tanky and like also really tough, plus it fits his superheavy deck theme well

Dennis: mime jr.

Jester vibes.

Shun: corviknight

Bird with metal plating, fits his theme to a tee plus it’s dark colors so bonus.

Sora: teddiursa/mimikyu

Both of these work for different reasons, teddiursa closely related to his ace, while mimikyu I feel fits him more on the level of “looking cute but being sinister” while also having that “I want to be loved” thing going on

I could do more but that’s a lot already so

To me I kinda think it will be easy if all the yugioh protagonists were eveelutions so in Yuma case he can be a leafeon while astral a glaceon, Yusei being a jolteon, yugi being also a umbreon same with atem and yusaku uh… shiny glaceon and Ai a sylveon,finally yuga a little evee I guess it the reason is that they have their own and grown potential as the eveelution and can’t imagine a cute yugioh eveelution family.

yes, I love pokemon! I've put like 25 hours into shining pearl over the last three days lol

hmmm interesting question! I've thought about what teams they might have, but not what pokemon they might be. lemme think.

making yami no yugi a cofagrigus is too easy so i'm gonna say it would be funny if Yugi was a Clefairy and Yami no Yugi was a Gengar, because, you know, the Gengar is a Clefable shadow theory lol.

I honestly think Judai would be an Eevee lol. it's kind of Kuriboh-y and then he can become an Umbreon in season 3 for the angst

If I can make them legendaries, I think Yusei would make a good Latios.

Yuya might also be an Eevee tbh because then all the yuuboys can be different eevees....Yuto would be an Umbreon, Yugo would be a Jolteon, Yuuri would be Espeon, and Yuya I can see becoming Flareon. Alternatively, Applin is Yuya's colors and is a dragon so that also makes sense lol

Yusaku is hard for me because I don't know him that well, but maybe Alolan Sandslash? Ice/Steel seems a good typing for him and it's the right coloration

And then Yuga......idk but my first thought was Phanpy. I just think it's cute

I like pendulum mainly odd-eyes dragons they look so cool anyway I’m happy Konami brought Arc V and tried to limit them in game it might been better to finish Zexal but oh well maybe we might get the rest of Zexal characters in special events

I'm only understanding about half of this question; are you saying that you think Duel Links should have finished Zexal before Arc V? I mean, that's never how they've done it before, they continue to add characters to previous worlds even as they add new worlds, so I don't think there's going to be any problems with new Zexal characters being added.

But yea the addition of Arc V into Duel Links is very good and i like it

Have you ever played the yu-gi-oh card game if so what your favorite monster cards, or spell trap cards

yeah i do! I've been playing for probably about ten-ish years now, but mostly casually. I was just at a local tournament last night and got 1 win out of 5 rounds which is not bad for me and my not-meta decks lol.

I'm an arc v nerd through and through, so I like a lot of the arc v archetypes like Odd-Eyes, Performapals, Pendulum Magicians, and Melodious.

Probably my favorite non-anime related archetypes are Live Twins and Dragonmaids, both of which I'll never be able to play in real life because those cards are hella expensive

I really love the. Yu-go-oh Arc V manga as I love the anime but a little more the ending was kinda bitter but I did see the first ritual pendulum monster and was hyped that it was a odd-eyes dragon maybe they might make a sequel on that like dimension time but probably not gonna happen but I want to like really.

ah well i'm glad you enjoyed the manga, i'm not a fan myself.

Have you ever thought of doing another fanfic on yu-gi-oh ArcV on super natural and fantasy as yu-boys being dragon hybrids and bracelet girls also have unique powers and a huge treat but instead the protagonists and most of the main group don’t die

I have had many fanfic ideas, but not that specifically. not sure i'll ever do anything exactly like that, but hey, you never know

if you want you can explain why

Originally I didn't have much of an idea for Tea or Tristan in the AU which is why I didn't write about them. I really love Tea though and it would be wrong to seperate their friend group more than I have, so Tristan can come along for the ride!

Tea: One of Yugi's only friends, she didn't sign up for a multi-dimensional war but by god she's going to support her friends with pep talks (and maybe some dueling) all the way. Honestly I would love to see the interactions she has with the non DM characters. She is definitely adopting like half the cast. I feel like she'd also enjoy the concept of action duels and duletaining a lot, so I'll definitely give her at least one (probably more) important duel(s). I think she'd be playing a dark magician girl deck or maybe a different spellcaster or fairy deck.

Tristan: He's definitely going to be friends with Joey and start off as a bit of a delinquent like the orgional manga but grow to become a better friend for the rest of the DM gang. He's absolutely going to throw hands with the obelisk force at one point or another. For a deck I think I'd maybe give him a warrior deck of some sort if he ever duels.

Arc-V AU: DM characters

I'm going to expand on my previous post and go over the characters series by series starting with DM! (Just note a lot of these ideas are fluid.)

Yugi: Yugi is going to be very similar to how he was in the early manga and season 0. He goes to a normal highschool and than an after-school duel school (yushow?) In the standard dimension. He carries the box of the millennium puzzle in his backpack as he never finished it because Joey threw the last piece away. Because of this Yugi (provided he doesn't go to yushow) has no real friends and lacks a lot of confidence in himself. He'd probably play an updated Silent Magician & Swordsman Deck.

Joey: Joey is also going to have similar Characterization to the early manga and season 0. He lives in the standard dimension going to the same school as Yugi and doesn't duel. He's just generally a delinquent. (He will get better and eventually become a good friend similar to DM). He'll eventually play some sort of deck involving Red Eyes Black Dragon.

Seto Kaiba: Of all the DM characters I'm definitely including, Kaiba is going to have the most differences from his cannon versions. I have two different ideas for him. Option 1 - He doesn't get adopted (Gozoburo & Kaiba corps by extension don't exsist) and has to do his best taking care of himself and mokuba making a living by doing odd tech jobs and dueling. Here he would probably use a Blue Eyes Synchro deck. Option 2 - He got adopted by the Akaba family and went with Leo to the fusion dimension to create Duel Academy. Here he would use a Blue Eyes Fusion deck.

Bakura: I'm not sure if I'm putting Bakura in but if I do, he'd probably be pretty similar to how he was in DM but without the millennium ring and being Yugi's friend. Or he'd have the millennium ring and be one of the few people who knows what's going on, acting like the cryptid he is.
