This natural observation/understanding is how blind or deaf people still "see" color, or "hear" sound.
It is also why we as a species can continously learn, forget, or change information.
Because any context: past, present and future, are memories. We are constantly expelling energy, outward thus, we live out our thoughts, before we can act upon any of them, with our emotion(s) or "vibrations".
