Apollo Justice fanfiction request
This is a request for a fanfiction. I don't know how to write fanfiction but I have an idea of what I want. I might update it once in a while if I think of something else I want in it. I want it posted on ao3. The tags below need to be in the work. You can add more but I want those tags in the work. Please, no major character death or graphic depictions of violence. Also no investigations spoilers. I want a fic where Apollo Justice, for a reason that is likely trauma, is selectively mute. I say selectively mute because I still want his chords of steel. The conditions of his muteness are that because of trauma, he doesn't trust anyone or he thinks that if he talks, bad things happen so he doesn't talk at all. You can add panic attacks. You can be as creative with his backstory as you want as long as the characters don't know what it is yet. Exception to this could be clay terren. But he dies anyway. He lets people know what he wants by writing in a notebook. Or by acting out what he wants, leading to funny moments of people trying to guess what he wants, with the two wrights being bad at charades. Or the best form of communication, paper airplanes accurately thrown to the person's head. And yes, he can still make sounds, so he can scream, gasp, whine, squeak, etc. So if someone were to bring up magic panties, expect a loud whine from Apollo in response. But as he comes out of his shell and trusts people more, he starts talking. I want mainly klaivar to bring him out of his shell but in a nice supportive manner. And slowly they fall in love with each other. If you make them have sex, make Apollo the bottom. Trucy helps Apollo too. She is okay with the fact that Apollo doesn't speak. She is happy to advocate for Apollo. She tries to help by talking for Apollo but she doesn't even get close to what Apollo wants to say, leading to funny moments. She can still prank and make fun of him but never in a bad way. If you can reference this video, that would be great. Phoenix Wright is also supportive. I don't want you to make him an asshole. I want Phoenix to basically be Apollo's dad. Phoenix never forces Apollo to talk but tells him that he'll be there for Apollo. I think he'll make jokes of "what that, timmy stuck in a well" or other jokes like that. Don't worry it's all in good fun. I don't know how Miles will come into play. Maybe he'll be awkward but trying to help Apollo. You can make Phoenix and edgeworth married if you want. Or just boyfriends. But they need to be together. Kristoph is of course going to be an ass. He unfortunately is going to be a abusive, manipulative little shit to Apollo. Trying to rip his notebook and beating the shit out of the cat. Always forcing Apollo to talk like the asshole he is. Being a ableist piece of shit. I want the storyline to be the same as the game. From the first trial of Apollo Justice to end either at the end of the game or the end of the trilogy. Sorry if this sounds like too much work. Also I want Apollo's cat to be like a service animal. What tasks that the cat can do is up to you. In the beginning of the fic, I want the first word in front of people that Apollo says to be "gotcha." Which shocks everyone in court, including himself. Because of that, lets everyone know that he has the ability of talking but can't talk. Also judge at first doesn't understand why Apollo doesn't talk but later tries to accommodate for him. All the prosecutors are assholes about Apollo not talking, except for klaivar and edgeworth. You can make the title of the fic whatever you want. I want the fanfiction to be complete, so if you think you can't finish, no worries. And again sorry if this sounds like too much work. You don't have to do it, you can always just let someone else do it. When you are finished, or have started, please share to me and credit me for the prompt. Ao3 username is same as tumblr. AND NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT THIS. EVERYONE LOOKS AT THE BIRD, AT THE FIRE, AND NEVER NOTICES THAT HE IS IN THE MOST SMOOTHED CLOTHES EVEN AFTER THE BIGGEST BATTLE (EVEN WRIGHT HIMSELF)

..and with Trucy it’s the other way around.
Everyone sees and knows that she has cat ears and a tail, really. But they consider it just a mutation. While all kinds of Tricks are her quirk! Microdistortion of reality on a small scale is her quirk in the eyes of the public
And for the first time, the phrase “just sleight of hand and no magic” sounds like a real revelation. After all, Trucy is not a mythical creature, and the tail and ears and cat beans on her fingers are not a secondary mutation, oh no. Her REAL quirk is transforming into a cat!!!

What each character in aa4 would drink most often (I’m the authority bc I say so)
Beanix: Grape juice of course, man’s a full on alcoholic
Apollo: Black coffee or iced tea
Kristoph Gavin: Water with a splash of lemon juice. he’s pretentious, definitely drinks a lot of water for his skin, and it’s easy for him to get in jail. But not tap water, he’d make them buy like fiji water bottles for him and he’d pour them into crystal glasses.
Klavier Gavin: All the Gavinners have a brand deal for some pop drink like Metal Samurai Soda now with real metal flavour! It’s not great but they get paid for every sip they take.
Trucy: She drinks the same pop as the Gavinners bc it’s popular even though she doesn’t really like it that much
Ema: She wants to seem like a black coffee girl but she’s really a matcha frappe with extra whipped cream girl
Wesley Stickler: Black tea for his image but he desperately wants to put milk and sugar in it
Lamiroir: Lavender tea, not too hot bc she can’t burn her throat
Wocky Kitaki: Monster energy. And way too much of it.
Alita Tiala: Makes Wocky buy her some super expensive frilly shit. Like bubble tea from an aesthetic place.
Machi Tobaye: Milk. He’s a milk kid.

It’s taken a long while, but it’s finally done! Special interests have collided to bring you: Phoniex Wright: Ace-A-Pony! Time lines are all over the place but ah well! Keep reading for some random headcanons in no particular order! (spoilers for the whole series!)
- Phoniex doesn’t really like flying, as he’s severely acrophobic. Amazingly, he did not break his wings when falling from the bridge, but he has chronic pain in his back and both wings as a result. Even more of a reason not to fly
- Kristoph poses as a blank flank, but an actuality possesses a rather grim cutie mark. He hides it with a concealment spell. However, the truth is revealed by Apollo in the last case of AA4. He is proud of his traditional unicorn heritage. His motives for his crimes are uncertain, with some theorising a desire for greater magical power, or even alicorn ascension. But who knows, maybe he did it for fun.
- General MLP headcanon - all ponies have hearts on the bottom of hooves. Kristoph has a broken heart on his front left hoof
- The Phantom is changeling, and kidnapped the real Fullbright. The true Bobby is eventually rescued after the events of AA5 and tries to recover from his ordeal
- Nahyuta is an alicorn, but was originally a pegasus. He was always planned to ascend to Alicorn status, but the process was done early than originally planned following the actions of his father. It was basically a desperate plea to seperate him further from his father’s image and closer to the Sigatar family
- The Fey Clan are mostly earth ponies, but all the most powerful of them are unicorns. Pearl is the first unicorn born in many generations - one of the reasons why her mother does what she can to get her to the top.
- The Gramaryes are a proud family of traditional unicorns, and are powerful magic users. Apollo is an earth pony like his father, but still posses quite powerful magic
- The Von Karmas are a proud line of pegasi that look down on unicorns and earth ponies. Its rumoured that Manfred wished for alicorn ascension, but no one knows. What was known was that the family hated Edgeworth and his traditional unicorn heritage
- Edgeworth struggles with his identity and heritage. Due to being brought up by pegasi, he knows very little about magical practice, and what he does comes exclusively from studying
- General couple stuff now! Edgeworth and Phoniex are married. Apollo and Klavier are dating long distance with Apollo working in Khura’in. Franziska and Maya are engaged. Athena and Junie are dating.
- Blackquill and Bobby’s relationship is.. complicated. Blackquill and the Phantom were in a relationship of some kind, but after he is unmasked and the original Fullbright is found, Blackquill has a bit of a fucking breakdown fkdjhfkjdh. He and Nahyuta see each other for a while but that doesn’t work out. Him and the real Bobby are helping each other come to terms with what the Phantom did to them
