A sketchy comic with Ume and Akechi. On the right we see Ume holding and looking down at a piercing gun, aka her gun of choice in her Phantom Thief outfit (design down below with more explanations) with Akechi standing behind her and smirking at the notion. Akechi is wearing his prince attire with his long-nosed mask. The second frame is on the top left, where Ume turns to Akechi to explain how much potential a gun with a needle can hold against shadows (precise text is written in the post). The last frame in the bottom left corner shows Ume from behind her shoulder as she smiles and asks Akechi if he was just volunteering to test the gun's potential on himself. Akechi looks more cartoonish now, shaking his head and refusing her proposal nervously.

Felt silly while replaying P5R and Im about to go to Sae's palace so I felt like it was fitting to draw Crow's prince outfit

Oh also a "what if Ume had a Phantom Thief attire" scenario because I am weak Im only human

Gonna write the text here rather than in ID cuz my handwriting is whack

1. Crow: "A piercing gun? What a strange choice..!"

2. Hime(Ume's code name): "Did you know that 25% of people are afraid of needles of any kind? And this kind of piercing gun does more harm than good most of the time. You shouldn't underestimate it, big bro."

3. Hime: "Or were you volunteering to test it's damage capabilities personally?"

Crow: "I'd rather not."

And ofc a concept of Hime's PT outfit below

Ume's Phantom Thief attire. Code name: Hime, aka Princess. She wears a black canine mask with white spotting on the nose, around the eyes and little dotted eyebrows, the inner of the ears are white too. Her black hair with purple highlights is held up into a short high ponytail with a fade on the bottom. Her jaw is protected with a metal cover that connects to the silver broad collar necklace. An assymetrical black cape with silver feather design is connected to the collar necklace along with silver shoulder pads. She uses rollerblades with side blades connected to the shoe as her melee and uses a purple piercing gun as a gun choice. She wears bright purple gloves. On the top right we see her costume from behind without the cape. There is a big opening on the spine. We also see that all the belts come from under the folds on her costume and connect in the front as a normal belt. Her right pants leg is short, and down the leg is something similar to a stocking that is ripped from behind, which also bears a resemblance to a knee brace. There are also knee pads on both legs. The rest of the design without the cape is on the next picture.

The bodysuit is made in two colors: purple and black. The purple goes down the middle from the cleavage point, where its covered by the same silver collar necklace. The sides are black. The sleeves are the same two colors, where purple is near the body and the black slits from the shoulder down to the hands into a wide sleeve. The chest has two black folds that go behind, it was two purple lines going in the middle of the fold. The pant legs are cut, the right leg is purple and it flares down over the outside of the right ankle. The left leg is the same but black, it is also connected to the rest of the bodysuit, unlike the right stocking.

If u're caught up with the fics u know that Ume is a demigod, an egyptian one. So I went with the animal mask motif and the broad collar necklace shape that is common in Egyptian murals.

The belts are there to give some resemblance to Akechi's Black Mask bodysuit pattern, while keeping it somewhat fresh and unique (imo).

The sideblades on rollerblades is her weapon of choice (this is kept from her original design that I'm yet to announce properly <3); the piercing gun came to me as a joke, but we can chuck it up to the fact that Ume is more than willing to continue leaning the hairdressing skill from Chiyoko and later expand her salon to a more general one where she can be the piercing master.

The right leg's design is inspired by the knee braces due to the [spoiler] knee injury she often suffered while being on ice. Ume wears her knee brace quite often.

And the silhouette overall is inspired by the 80s, as, well, most of the things accociated with Ume. (Im unsure where most of the inspo comes from so I usually say 70s-80s so please don't shoot me if I mistake an era by accident).

The code name "Hime" or "Princess" comes form the fact that she can technically be considered a princess of the underworld due to her lineage. As well as Chiyoko loved playing as her teddy bear and making Ume the princess in their roleplaying, Ume loved it too as a kid. (Also I think Akechi would call her "princess" as a joke because Im silly and delusional)

The first most left pair of them are wearing each other's clothes: Akechi is wearing a black-purple bomber jacket with purple sleeves, light-purple collar and purple pockets, warmer purple t-shirt with a black graphic, dark-purple jeans with a belt and a chain sticking out from under the shirt and white sneakers. Ume is wearing Akechi's blue argyle vest, white shirt, beige slacks and brown shoes. Ume's hair is black with purple highlights and she is wearing glasses.
Next pair in the middle is Ume wearing both of Akechi's metaverse outfits: one on the left is wearing a pure-white knight outfit with red cuffs and golden accents, a red, long-nosed mask and a short red cape behind that splits into two; the one on the right is wearing a body-covering, black and dark blue striped outfit, a crow mask with horns and a tall collar that covers her face, she has a few black belts on her left arm, waist, and legs, there is also a short black ripped cape behind her.
On the most right is Akechi, wearing the same outfit as before, but this time the bomber is zipped up, he has elbow and knee guards, black fingerless gloves and a black open-face helmet, also wearing rollerblades with blades on the outer sides of them. His hair is longer than before due to a personal design change.

“...Your connection to the Metaverse, your reaction to the call- How much do you know about this situation?!” Akira felt agitated. Even to him it felt out of character, but he finally heard from Akechi and he can’t even see his face, can’t hear his voice, can’t ask him who did this to him?! And not to mention the Metaverse returning after Yaldabaoth was defeated.

“I can’t tell you, I’m sorry…” Chiyoko refused to look at him, she was trembling slightly.

“Why?! Shit… Why?! Are you being threatened? By who?!” The guy couldn’t find a place for himself, his body was turning in anger and confusion from this situation.

“You could say that. But in reality I… I don’t want to put you on the radar too. It’s… a very dangerous situation to be in.” She turned her head away and then Akira noticed something familiar on her neck.

“This…”

I would really appreciate checking it out, I will draw a proper cover when I get back to my former self hehe~

Two characters sit in the middle - Goro Akechi from Persona 5 and Ume Yoshioka, and original Persona 5 character - there are also separate profiles of them on the sides - Ume on the right and Akechi on the left. Akechi has longer hair, part is tied into a mid-ponytail and the rest is shorter hanging freely. He is wearing a t-shirt and sweatpants. Ume has her hair in a high-ponytail, and a low fade under it. She is wearing a tank-top that is showing her sides, and sweatpants. We see Ume from behind, she is painting Akechi's nails and is saying "Stop moving, oniisan..." (Oniisan means older brother). Ume on the rirght is saying: "Did Aki-kun inspire you to paint them? Or was it a dare? Aand... done!" Akechi on the left is saying: "Can't a guy paint his nails for fun? Also, uh..."

Akechi is looking at his nails and asks Ume: "Was it... necessary to draw my masks and little crows on my nails? Did that moron* ask you to do that?" *Moron is referring to Akira Kurusu/Ren Amamiya(Persona 5 protagonist). On the right is shown his left hand with little drawings on each of his nails: pinky - eye of the crow, ring finger - a crow silhouette, middle finger - Crow's black mask, index finger - Crow's hero mask, big finger - a feather. Ume in the top right corner is grinning and saying: "Maybe~"

From right to left: Akechi's face from the side, he looks a bit baffled, listening to Ume: "I need to take a pic for Aki-kun! Oh, and mom! (Mom is referring to Chiyoko Yoshioka, another original character). On the left the frame zooms onto Akechi's mouth and his baffled expression changes to a happy one as he smiles. Ume is saying: "Gimme your hands, neow!"

Angle changes again, this time we see Ume's face. She is taking a picture of Akechi's right hand nails and is saying: "Whatchu grinning about, bro? You like it?" Akechi is smiling and replies back: "It's nothing. Let's finish up already. It's okay, I guess." Then there is text on the left, in a dark blob that reads: "We got our revenge. We can live our lives as normal now."

A happy ending.

I've decided to take a break from torturing the mommy/daddy issues step siblings and draw something silly

I did change the original's "Down" hairstyle to Curly, cuz Ume already wore her hair down, so a texture change seemed more fitting for her

something really changed between -checks when i did the first 4 parts- NOVEMBER???

I'm not too proud of this one, but hey, it still means that the 7th chapter is out! Also bonus little illustration (that gave my drawing tablet a screen burn which is the reason I finished the illustration only today)
