i’m juggling jobs at the moment, and the new one that im meant to start this coming Monday wont be paying me for at least a couple weeks after my start date. My current job is honoring a request for less hours so that I can be trained properly at my new one, so my most recent check turned out to be a pittance, and my next check is probably going to be a fat zero.
i have car insurance, a phone bill, a credit card bill, and a couple subscriptions i need to keep paying in a timely manner, and while it /may/ be possible with the most recent check i have received, it will only be enough to cover the bare minimum, IF that.
reblogs are super appreciated and helpful, I just need to fill enough slots to hold me over until I start getting paid at the new spot. it shouldn’t be long but filling some comm slots would help me immensely. examples will be on my kofi and also under the cut.
🧍 I do art and whilst my work is being really shitty at handling me and my coworker (we're severely understaffed, coworker is being worked to death meaning she's getting Ill a lot and that means I can't do work either because I'm an assistant) , I've now gotten two paychecks in the 3 digits when I should be making 4. I get no pay if the place doesn't open, id like to keep myself afloat and stable whilst I look for other work, it would mean a lot of you give me a browse or simply share

It's a very long story, but I'm diabetes I was diagnosed in February 2019 after being very sick and I weighed 88 lbs. For the last two and a half years I have had to inject insulin 4+ times for day every day, to stay within my blood glucose level.
In December 2020 I was hospitalized and had to have emergency surgery where I had to stay at home for the entire period of my illness without working, and I also had DKA aka Diabetic ketoacidosis is a serious complication of diabetes that occurs when your body produces high levels of blood acids called ketones.
Diabetic ketoacidosis develops when your body cannot produce enough insulin. Insulin normally plays an important role in helping sugar (glucose), the main source of energy for your muscles and other tissues, enter your cells. Without enough insulin, your body begins to break down fat as an alternative fuel. This process produces a buildup of toxic acids in the bloodstream called ketones, eventually leading to diabetic ketoacidosis if left untreated.
Three months later in March 2021 I finally got to see an endocrinologist, who specializes in Type 1 Diabetes. Who told me that an insulin pump would be a good device for me?
In the picture, the device you see is the one I really need to control my diabetes.
I was recently approved for an insulin pump that will help me better control my diabetes. Although I am happy that I am approved the hardest part is coming up with the funds to pay for the pump and equipment.

Also I am a mother of three children. We have lived through the war for a year and a half, and we have lost everything we own. My husband is a man who did not work. Before the war, I did not have a breadwinner or any source of income. During the war I didn't give up to teach so I volunteered and had good chance to help some students to get engaged again with English in a very creative way.
Please Save those innocent kids from war 🥺‼️🙏🙏
We are in tents for almost two years because our home was destroyed‼️🥺
After our several evacuation from place to another.Now we don't have a house after it was destroyed by missiles. I now ask you to help me rebuild my house. And buy basics for the daily essentials for my children and I need money so that we can stand up again and start again.
This war wasn't easy at all it has taken many friends at work, students and some of my colleagues at the university. They are almost ten souls I won't never forget . Their laughter, their presence, their love… all of it is gone, leaving behind memories that are both precious and painful. Every day, I carry the weight of their loss, but I also carry their spirit, which gives me the strength to keep going.

The crossing through which food enters has been closed for more than 30 days. We have nothing to eat, and even if we do, the prices are exorbitant. Some of the prices listed are:

1 kg of cooking gas = $150
1 kg of sugar = $15
1 kg of eggplant = $20

⚠️ Important announcement. Please read ⚠️
Good news, I am alive! I know I’ve been MIA for a bit but I’ve been going through some big irl changes. Mainly being that I’m out of a job. Because of that, I’ve been taking every babysitting, dog sitting, doordashing, and odd job I can possibly find for the past few months now, which is why I’ve been so busy and unable to work on your brilliant requests or any new ideas. Sorry for ghosting you all. But I’m back! Still busy and unemployed but back! Writing is very helpful for my mental health so I’m trying my best to keep a writing schedule going as a self-care routine.
With that, I am happy to let you all know that I have some exciting things in the works!
First off, the next part of Biblophile Brew is written and ready, but we have not yet reached the like/comment/repost goal. However, since your girl is broke and hungry, I did create a Ko-Fi and a goal has been set up on there, so whichever goal is met first I’ll post part 4. Please know that I greatly enjoy writing and sharing my works with all of you, and I appreciate every view, like, comment, and share! However, writing fanfic is extremely time consuming and draining some days, and I need a bit more motivation to keep at it now more than ever. So if you can give anything, please know that I appreciate it and every penny makes a real difference in my life! But, if you can’t, I still appreciate every one of you and I am still doing my best to provide fanfic postings! I know y’all need that sustenance lol.
Secondly, a lot of you have been asking for more Nightmare Fuel, and yes, I am working on a second part! But I have other projects that I would like to finish first, such as more ShinZawa fics since so many of you have been asking for more since Private Lessons. I have lots of plans and I have lots of ideas, but I don’t have lots of time, so please be patient with me!
