Winn & Jasmine: my MLP AU Edition! ~*
Semi-complex designs for these two as their color schemes are unique, but easily clash. Had to find a fun way to mix them!
I usually base these mlp designs on the prominent colors of their most worn outfit or general color vibes. Utilized to its full extent here :]
Winn
- Winn is a hippogriff! Their hair reminded me of one & they seem to be the tallest of the trio, so this felt like a cool choice for them.
- They were the first in their class to get their cutie mark, in an assignment in which you had to write up a law / act and persuade people to vote in favor of it. Winn did this with both a good presentation and the power of cool as heck skateboard skills. Their cutie mark is a colorfully lined scroll and a skateboard on it! (This cutie mark is based on their answer during the career presentation.)
The whole class was in awe to see them earn it in class, and Dev was rather jealous at first. Ultimately respects them, though.
Jasmine
- Jasmine is a kirin! She reminds me a bit of Autumn Blaze, I think they'd be friends if they were in the same mlp universe.
- She dyes herself with magic to get those blue stripes, spots on her mane and tail, and leopard or cheetah spots (based on the print on her shorts).
- Her cutie mark has to do with her love of music / singing. Even if a bit scratchy & rough right now, passion for something can definitely lead you down plenty of paths you want to be on in the future!
AU Info
- The area they live in has a lot of different creatures living together
- Most of the main character names are easily fantasy names, so I'm keeping them the same for the most part unless the name is less mlp-like. Will likely give them different last names though!

Also kinda wanted to clarify one thing. A lot of people said that if Peri would go boom boom w/ confetti than Irep would too. But i kinda have a hc about it. The first time we learned that anti fairies would die if their fairies die is when Foop wanted Timmy to loose his fairies and his wishes would disappear (esp Poof). Than Jorgen said that if Poof would be unwished, than Foop will disappear too. But i think that would be different when it comes to the death itself. Like, if Poof would be unwished than it means like he never existed, so Foop technically couldn't be born too. So if Peri just dies in the current time bc of magical backup than he just dies and it won't do anything to Irep. Because they both are already born, no one messes with time or unwishes anything, he just dies. That would make a lot of sense, especially if we'll remember how Foop was always trying to destroy Poof in OG FOP. That would be pretty dumb if he killing poof would mean that he'd disappear w/ him. So yeah, i think it doesn't work that way. ANYWAY i hope you understood me, because i feel like my grammar really sucks
Also against it's my headcanon, bc i don't know exactly how it works in canon and kinda don't want to check

only timmy is highlighted since he's the focus; of course, peri is their child as well. i don't believe they'd love either one more or over the other
it's my headcanon that wanda thought of timmy first when hearing those words, just as one would automatically think of their children in a certain order. in this case, oldest to youngest. when she says "we don't know," she's talking about both of them
it's clear cosmo and wanda cherished all of their godchildren, but i'm biased to think timmy was the first one that actually felt like theirs. he's practically their "firstborn," with how peri was raised alongside him since birth until they could no longer be together
not to mention how timmy was the reason peri was born in the first place
deep down, they all know their family can never be truly complete without him
ngl i 100% thought peri would be an antagonist
he's the first fairy in thousands of years, born directly under the lineage of what has to be the most powerful fairy family line in current existence
(cosmo is a von strangle, and also the very reason fairies stopped having babies in the first place. he's incredibly powerful and nobody talks about it for some reason. it's clear peri inherited that destructive potential)
the second he was born, entire fairy species (including his own kin) were out to get him to use his volatile magic for their own selfish goals. he's nearly kidnapped thrice, and almost ends the universe on the same day
the threats keep coming, and he's being dragged to countless adventures that put him at risk. he literally ceases to exist more than once
anyway, i wouldn't be surprised if some form of expectations were placed upon him growing up. maybe not by his family, but he's famous (a teacher described him as such once); in fairy world, he's automatically adored and celebrated by adults and peers alike, which foop antagonizes (and tries to kill) him for
cosmo and wanda would, realistically, of course try to shield him from all this, but no matter what they do, he's inevitably isolated
people either want to use him, put him on a pedestal, or is a universally infamous human godchild who will forget all about him in a matter of years
(cosmo and wanda becoming godparents and learning (choosing) to eventually let go of their kids is one thing, but it can be assumed poof was still a young, underdeveloped child by the time timmy (+chloe, for what it's worth) got his memories wiped
and he sees that timmy's able to live his own happy life without him in it. he lost his brother just like that, and there's nothing he can do despite all his godly powers)
there's so, so many ways he could've gone wrong
thus, my initial thought was that peri was going to be a somewhat petty, "spoiled brat," and him becoming a godparent would be the result of spite or rebellion, which cosmo and wanda would feel entirely responsible for. I HATE MY PARENTS!! yada yada yada
it was a pleasant surprise to see all those clips of them loving each other. and it's not even because i doubted for a second that cosmo and wanda are bad parents, it's just what you usually expect when seeing shows from the 2000s, even if it doesn't make sense
all things considered, i'm very glad they went for the lighthearted silly family trope. not every show needs such conflicts, and showing healthy dynamics are better for kids overall
still, i find it interesting to think about if they'd gone down another route instead. i love me a pathetic cringy villain who tries (fails) to hate the people they love the most

Scotty and Dale's son and father relationship is rocky and extremely confusing, while similar to Dev, Scotty still loves his father and seeks for his love and approval ,he would often get into the most altercations with his father ,while Dale on the other hand would either forget who he is, completely ignore /not acknowledge him, or would straight up argue with him.
☆Devin "Dev" Dimmadome [Scotty's baby brother]
Scotty and Dev's relationship is the usual sibling dynamic which is playing, joking around , teasing ,and with a few arguments fights and altercations here and there, the only difference is that because of Dale's incompetence, Scotty is always left doing the parenting towards Dev.
