New interview with Okayafrica on my process and why I made my film “Orisha’s Journey”
Going to the Cannes Film Festival was amazing! From screening my film “Orisha’s Journey” 8 times at their Short Film Corner (which is basically a short film festival within the Festival de Cannes), meeting and speaking with Director Guillermo del Toro, and having the pleasure to watch many wonderful films it was an experience of a lifetime! Sorry for taking so long to share some of my experience on tumblr here’s a blog below for more details on my trip:) Thanks y’all!

Hi everyone, my film was featured in Atlanta Black Star! It’s one of the premier platforms dedicated to highlighting the news, issues, and entertainment concerning people of color across the globe! Also, a few screenings March 20th in London at the Mwalimu Express Festival which highlights the movements in African culture, Meccacon 2016 (Midwest Ethnic Convention for Comics and Arts) and one in Zimbabwe details coming soon! Ghanaian animator Abdul Ndadi’s fantasy film Orisha’s Journey (2014) has made it to the May 2015 Cannes Festival and will be screened in the Short Film Corner section which is part of the Cannes Court Métrage program.
