Been having major Stan twins feels and needed to draw out an idea I got out. I just feel like deep regrets and feelings will come out of nowhere for both and get overwhelming, sometimes they need each other’s company

After so long, I finally finished my idea for the future events idea I had. There is some small things I would have added but I couldn’t really figure out how to go about doing them but regardless, it’s finally complete ;w;

(imagine Ford coming out of the portal, ready to punch his idiot brother, while Stan is lying against a wall, motionless, as two children and a young man cry in front of him. imagine Ford’s face when he sees the blood stained behind Stan’s head. imagine Ford losing all his anger, dropping to his knees, trembling, shaking his head, because it can’t be true, Stanley can’t be…

imagine an au where Stan DOESN’T die, instead he’s hurt, he could be dying, and Ford has to take care of his brother after taking care of the government agents. imagine Mabel and Dipper hovering around Stan’s body, worried, anxious. imagine Dipper being too worried about Stan to freak out at the fact that he’s just met the author.

imagine Ford having to explain his relation to Stanley, wanting to hold onto his anger, but it’s hard when Stan is lying in a bed, ashen, and silent–Stan is never so silent– never–

imagine three sets of weary, hopeful eyes staring at Ford, wanting to know more, but wanting for Stan to be okay– how these children and this young man cared for Stan. what is their relation to him–? )

new Gravity Falls AU idea??

what if Dipper and Mabel accidentally end up back in time when Stan and Ford were just teenagers? bonus points for them going back to the day of, before, or after Ford’s project gets messed up and Stan gets kicked out

like, what if they stop Stan before he hits the table Ford’s machine is on? what if someone else messes up the machine (Bill??)? What if Ford still assumes it was Stan because of the toffee peanuts bag? but this time the twins are there to confirm Stan’s innocence. Maybe Dipper and Mabel get to Ford before he accuses Stan and things go downhill?

idk this AU idea started out cute but it got dramatic real fast haha

Timestuck AU idea! So what if Dipper can't convince Ford that Bill is evil and when Ford finally figures it out, it isnt Ford that gets pushed through the portal, but Dipper?

this AU has existed for all of two days what the fuck why would you do this

………… what if both Mabel and Dipper fall in trying to save the other and Stan and Ford have to work together to bring them back? having the universe at stake feels a lot less pressing when two children are trapped in a terrible nightmare dimension thanks to mistakes you’ve made. especially two children who love and care for Stan and Ford completely unconditionally and who did nothing wrong to deserve being stuck in the portal for 30 odd years

there would be a ticking clock here. the twins can only last so long in the nightmare dimension, so Stan and Ford would need to work REALLY FAST in order to save Dipper and Mabel, any and all personal grudges set aside for the sake of the kids

so it occurs to me that there may be some confusion about my two new Gravity Falls AUs, so here’s a summary of each!

Timeshift AU: In this AU, Dipper and Mabel accidentally go back in time to when their Grunkles were teenagers. it can be set before Stan and Ford’s relationship fell, or maybe they go back right as Stan is about to accidentally wreck Ford’s project so it never gets wrecked in the first place (and if it does, it’s not by Stan), or when Stan gets kicked out… this AU could be either really cute or really dramatic. there are a lot of possible interactions with Dipper and Mabel and their teen Grunkles, depending on which situation someone wants to go with this.

Maybe Dipper and Mabel manage to talk to Ford after Stan is kicked out, trying to convince him to go after Stan? Maybe the kids tell Stan and Ford about the future (”Grunkle Stan, you punched a PTERODACTYL FOR ME!! AND YOU FOUGHT OFF A HOARD OF ZOMBIES!” “Great Uncle Ford, you’re so cool! You have these awesome futuristic weapons, and one time we explored an alien space craft!!”) Maybe the kids try to help Stan and Ford understand each other a little? this AU is really flexible and could go in a lot of different directions.

Timetrapped AU: this is basically an AU of the Timestuck AU, where Dipper and Mabel get into a fight, grab the tape measure time travel device, and Mabel accidentally goes back in time and meets mullet!Stan. she then has to convince Stan to take her to Ford so she can fix the tape measure and go back to her own time, while having adventures with and bonding with Stan.

in the Timetrapped AU, however, Mabel AND Dipper both go back in time, Mabel with mullet!Stan and Dipper with super paranoid just-found-out-Bill-is-evil Ford. both kids have no idea where the other is, and Mabel is the one who ended up with the broken tape measure. so she has to convince Stan to take her to Ford’s so Ford can fix the device, while Dipper has to convince Ford that he’s not some spy that Bill made a deal with or possessed. they eventually bond with their Grunkles and have their own adventures, all while freaking out because they don’t know where the other is and the last time they saw each other was when they were having a fight and saying hurtful things to each other, so they’re also feeling really guilty.

Mabel and Stan eventually reach Ford’s. Mabel has no clue that Dipper is there, so when they reunite, it’s full of tackles and hugs and apologies. the idea is that, hopefully, seeing the kid’s relationship could help Stan and Ford repair their own relationship. (especially since Mabel and Dipper had a fight before they were separated, and were so worried about each other, not to mention Dipper and Mabel are very similar to both Stan and Ford in a million little ways).  plus lots and lots of family bonding, and possible drama with Bill, the journals, and the Portal, and adventure. lots of potential here.

i hope that clears up any sort of confusion!

did a Timetrapped AU doodle

this is an idea i have for when the twins are reunited. Ford hears a knock on the door, cautiously opens it with Dipper also peeking out, Mabel and Dipper see each other, and Mabel tackles Dipper and they’re hugging and laughing and smiling.

Stan looks on happy for them, but also longingly b/c he wants the same thing for him and Ford, while Ford sorta just silently watches them, unsure and conflicted about his own feelings

Out of the members of Kismet, I hc that it took Branch the longest to warm up to Trickee simply because they resemble his oldest brother. Both probably didn't get along at all at the start and would always be butting heads with each other, sometimes even getting into physical fights. They do end up getting along in the end, but it's a long road to get there.
