I was meant to stick to 250 cals today but when I saw the jatz crackers I couldn’t resist but to have some.
Dying really sounds like an option.

70g of rolled oats (50 cals)
130g/medium Apple (76 cals)
2tsp of ground cinnamon (11 cals)
2tsp of Brown sugar (23 cals)
Instructions
Put rolled oats in microwaveable bowl, add water until oats are covered and microwave for 90 seconds
Cut up apple into cubes
Place Apple in oats, add cinnamon and brown sugar.
Mix until all combined and enjoy
All together this is 160 cals and fills u right up
