Today has been weird. I've done alright with eating. Eh.... just kind of in the slumps about my appearance. But when am I not.
Every other month on my twitter timeline I see women notice that their pics got used for fatspo and it's heartbreaking.
Imagine thinking that you have the right to post other peoples bodies and call them things just for motivation. Believe it or not, some people (no matter what weight they are) love their bodies, have self-esteem and unlike us aren't mentally ill. People who post fatspo are the ones with the problems.
If you post fatspo or publicly shame someone for their weight in order to boost your own ED you are no better than the skinny girls who called you fat behind your back, you are no better than your family members who made comments on your eating habits and you are no better than the guys who asked you out as a dare because of your weight. Being skinny with an ugly personality is not cute. You're bullying.

A little about me
Ive had an Ed since I was 8 unfortunately and it went from BED to ANA with b/p subtype since then
I fast as long as I can as eating nothing is easier than eating a little, the longest being 127 hours (6 days). Whenever I eat something I purge it regardless of it being a binge or not, I’ve been trying not to but it’s really hard to sit with the feeling.
Feel free to bully me with meanspo, sweetspo and whatever
70g of rolled oats (50 cals)
130g/medium Apple (76 cals)
2tsp of ground cinnamon (11 cals)
2tsp of Brown sugar (23 cals)
Instructions
Put rolled oats in microwaveable bowl, add water until oats are covered and microwave for 90 seconds
Cut up apple into cubes
Place Apple in oats, add cinnamon and brown sugar.
Mix until all combined and enjoy
All together this is 160 cals and fills u right up

Ive been fasting for 127 hours and I have to break it today and I’m terrified. I hit 73.40kg which is awesome and by next week I hope I hit 72.80-73.00kg cause I need to lose so much weight I hate being over weight it’s literally horrible.
The only horrible thing about this is I am not seeing and or much physical changes like I’m still huge, yeah the number on the scale isn’t 85kg anymore but I’m still humongous I just want to be petite already.
