Okay so I’ve been thinking about Omegaverse biology and how alpha females have internal testes which would mean that their sperm is being subjected to constant heat damage which necessities that there is some physiological mechanism to prevent that from happening. Anyway this is a long winded way of saying that in Omegaverse, alpha females probably have lower rates of cancer.
