Some things I want to say before Pride Month starts

The white stripe in the trans flag represents trans people who aren’t in the binary! This means non-binary, genderfluid, genderqueer, demigirls/boys/ ect.!

Aces and aros belong in LGBTQ+ even if they are cis or het!

If you don’t respect ALL pronouns ALL THE TIME you are an asshole. Pronouns aren’t something you can decide not to use. EVERYONE DESERVES TO HAVE THEIR PRONOUNS RESPECTED!

Give representation to LGBTQ+ people of colour! Respect them!

Give representation to LGBTQ+ people who aren’t skinny! Respect them!

Give representation to neurodivergent and disabled LGBTQ+ people! Respect them!

Being pansexual isn’t biphobic and vice vesa!

If you gripe about not liking individual Pride flags such as Black Pride, Brown Pride, ect. keep your mouth shut and GO AWAY! We don’t care about what you think is pretty or fair or not. 

The rainbow flag isn’t just for gay men! It’s an umbrella flag for everyone!

Pedos arent LGBTQ+

Respect ALL identities. Don’t accuse people of “making stuff up”. If you have a problem keep your trap shut. 

Don’t be an asshole and respect everybody! Its not hard!

MAPS, terfs, radfems, exclusionists, transphobes, homophobes, assholes DON’T INTERACT. YOU WILL BE PROMPTLY BLOCKED.

So. If you’re ever confused, think of sexualities like this:

In a classroom, the majority of students use pencils. These represent straight people.

Some people, however, prefer pens over pencils. For the purpose of this metaphor, the students who use pens represent gay people.

Some students will use both pens and pencils, but often prefer one over the other, hence being bisexual. See what I’m getting at here?

Some people will use any writing utensil, these people being pansexuals.

Some people will use two types of writing utensils (but not both pens and pencils), and these people are referred to as polysexual.

Often some people will prefer one type of writing utensil, but only use it once someone gives it to them, so they are demisexual.

Some people will sometimes use a writing utensil, but at other times will not use anything. These people are gray-asexual.

Asexuals just don’t write. They instead sit in the corner baking cakes, as they don’t feel the need to write anything down.

Boom.
