It’s actually hysterical that Checo was so vocally kind to young Max, got signed to redbull, proceeded to gentle-parent max into the perfect teammate for the next three years until max stopped hissing and scratching him like a feral cat and started defending him with a gun… he dealt with all that, but THIS INCIDENT with Liam being his line in the sand just absolutely SENDS ME. its as much a comedy as it is a commentary on Checo’s character.
