(This is completely based on that one line of Zavier’s theme song Homemade Dynamite. Which is also why Danny wears a t-shirt. Which is sad, because I love victorian era clothing.)

You know, if Tara Sim didn’t want me to ship these two, she shouldn’t have let Danny push Zavier against a window. Or have Zavier obsess so much about Danny. Or better yet, not have them interact at all. I love and adore Danny and Colton’s relationship, and if they don’t have a happy end together, I’ll probably riot. But I’m so down for this OT3. I mean, the only interaction between Zavier and Colton I got so far was like five lines during which Zavier was an absolute ass and still. (I love him. How can one person be so brilliant and so utterly dumb at the same time. I love him so much. I fear, we’ll have to share custody over him, because he’s my son too.)

So, tl;dr I think you will have a hard time scaring me off. ✨💪

Well, KHUx is a really nice game, I enjoy playing it a lot, but storywise you’re not missing out on much. There’s maybe three or four pieces of information that make a good combination with Backcover, but most of it doesn’t add much/anything at all to the story.

Hmm, yeah, I see what you mean. A lot of people seem a bit confused about Ira, maybe because he’s not as easy to see through as the others (then again, I’m somewhat under the impression that a lot of people didn’t see through Ava either. Or maybe I’m just seeing things that aren’t there, who knows).  I’m reasonably convinced we’ll see the Master of Masters in KH3. :) Especially now that the box has been brought up in the new trailer. About the traitor … I don’t think there ever was one among the Foretellers. In my opinion, the only person who could be considered a traitor is the Master or Masters himself. … Wow, sorry, if I sound like a know-all, I just thought about all this way more than I probably should have, haha.

All he wants to do is to protect the world. He probably feels a strong guilt over the things he does in order to do so, but he was led to believe that this is the only way, and so he keeps on, even if it breaks him. ... Before I write this answer, I just wanna say that I have barely played unchained x. I saw the movie, and I know some of the story.

But I agree with what you said 100%. I just thought that many people view him as “evil” since they drew sort of Xehanort-esque. Hopefully, the foretellers will be brought up in KH 3, and we’ll get an actual answer of who the traitor is??? Also, your art is so nice! I love the way you draw Saix! He looks so elegant yet intimidating.

[Die Welt steht still - Revolverheld]

"Die Welt steht still" is about two people who slowly drifted away from each other. They have changed over time and each of them has made a lot of mistakes which are now mounting up in between them and creating some sort of an invisible wall. He sings that he doesn't know whether it's too late to forgive all of that, to see each other anew, but he is willing to try it. It's all up to the other.

What really impressed my about this song is the video. It adds a complete new layer of meaning to it. You can see a woman who is pulled out of a river and people running her way trying to save / reanimate her. It was actually this life saving aspect that really caught my attention.

With the woman coming back around during the end of the video it is very clear how the story in the song is supposed to end, I rather wanted to show the uncertain state before the decision instead. I'm not sure myself though, whether this will be a "life saving" or a "going down together" story or something else completely.

Two (older) sketches I felt like sharing. 

The left one (Coronation) is from June ‘16 and is part of an AU I work on from time to time. The right one (Betrayal) is pretty much a redraw, but in a different context. I drew that one in March this year.

Though they look very similar, they have a slightly different subject: Coronation is about outward-directed anger, about something that has happened / is still happening and could not be prevented. Betrayal on the other hand is about self-hatred. About an inward-directed anger that comes from allowing a person to get close enough to hurt one.

I like to see them both lined up next to each other, because it emphasizes the differences. Also, I think they complete each other.

No new Akusaimonth fill, no. Instead something else that kept bothering me for days. Philipp Brammer, the german voice actor of Axel has died a few days ago. And you know, I didn’t know him, I didn’t know anything about him except for his voice, but still it makes me sad every time I think about it. It’s probably weird, but I can’t change it. I don’t even like the german dubbed versions of Kingdom Hearts (I was actually preparing a few posts about it before hearing that news), but Axel’s voice was among those few that I liked. Very much so as well. I mean I kept quoting „Kannst du dir das merken?“ at every fitting and unfitting occasion for years. Sometimes I do still do that today. And to know that this voice is just gone … really makes me sad. Thank you, Philipp, you did a great job. I know that I’ve got it memorized.

There are so many different kinds of love depicted in Di[e]ce … It was really hard to pick one relationship. (In the end I just accepted that I wanted to draw Sion really bad.) I absolutely love how Kazuki’s and Sion’s relationships develops over the course of the story. :’)

Today is a special day. Not only is it AkuSai day, it’s also my 5th anniversary as a fan of AkuSai! To celebrate this event, I decided to redraw the very first AkuSai drawing I ever did! ... ... ... I ... well. I guess my drawing style changed a bit, hahaha.

(I can’t believe I got into this ship because I wanted Axel to be happy. I mean. AkuSai. Happy. Wow. I guess, I had some serious misconceptions about Saix back then, and not only about his hair, haha.)
