Spring notes #3

Ohh, Our friend's beagle boy finds us and rushes from the other side of the Chinese milk vetch field. Hug is smiling more and more happily while having fun time with her boyfriend. “Dogs  are our link to paradise”…This is a passage of my favorite words by Milan Kundela. Unfortunately, the time we can live with such a dearest dogs is not eternal. But that fact definitely makes this moment so beautiful and so meaningful. _________________________

I dedicate these three "spring notes" posts to my another dear dog “Roku” who lost last May.

My eternal Good Boy... I hope you are smiling in peace... :-)

おなじように春の景色を楽しみにやってきていた 友達のビーグルボーイが、レンゲ畑の向こうから 僕たちの姿をみつけて駈けだしてきます。 ハグは大好きな彼と仲よさそうに戯れながら、 ますます幸せそうに笑っています。 “犬は楽園への架け橋である”とは、僕の好きな ミラン・クンデラによる言葉の一節です。 そんな愛すべき彼らと一緒にすごすことの できる時間は、けっして永遠ではありません。 でも、永遠でないからこそ、いまこのひとときが こんなにも美しく、いとおしいのだろうと しみじみと思うのでした。 _________________________

１年前の５月に『虹の橋』を渡っていった 僕のもう一匹の大切なイヌ、ロクへ。 今年ハグと僕が眼にした5月の美しい花々を、 きみも空のうえからみてくれていたかい？ 地上では、またゆっくりと季節がゆくよ。 いまきみがいる、はるか遠い天空の国で、 どうかきみが毎日笑っていてくれますように。

The glow of useless things  2003-2019

Walls, abandoned objects, scratches, and or metaphysical phenomena... Even if everyone pay no attention to them, the distinctive shine they emit stimulates my optic nerve. To be exaggerated, taking photo of such theme is my expressive style that will continue for a lifetime. These photos are my affections for beautiful subjects where my sensibility responds, and also it is my biggest empathy for wonderful attitude of dear @henricoudoux . “A World of little No Things makes the Whole World.” …Absolutely, dear Henri !

HUG meets TOKYO DOWN TOWN again #2

We arrived at a shopping street with a nostalgic atmosphere.

The people passing by and the shop owners were all kind and talked to Hug gently.

There were a lot of low-priced and delicious foods on sale, and my most favorite was koppepan (similar to a hot dog bun) from a bakery founded in 1912😋🤎

Next, we headed to the Oshiage(押上) area where the Tokyo Sky Tree stands✨🐾🐾

「下町人情キラキラ橘商店街」は、およそ400メートルの長さの場所にレトロな雰囲気のお店がたくさん軒を連ねています。僕の生家である祖父母の家があった城下町にも、かつてはこんな商店街が賑わいをみせていましたが、住民が少なくなった事ですっかり寂れたシャッター街と化してしまったので、地域共生の場がいまもこうしてしっかりと残っていることに感動をおぼえます。

すれ違う方やお店のオーナーさんがハグに気さくに声をかけてくださり、通りはとっても温かい雰囲気。で、こういう商店街のお惣菜が安くて美味しいんだよね♫というわけで、あれこれテイクアウトで買い物をして近くの公園でいただきました😋アホほど沢山買ったのに食欲が優って写真は一枚も撮らずじまいww

なかでも１番気に入ったのは「ハト屋パン店」のコッペパンでした。キャッチコピー（？）が“ポチもほしがるハト屋のパン”ですから当然ヤラれます（爆）あまりに美味しくて家に持ち帰る分も買い増しww その際に、創業から使っているというイラストがプリントされたトートバッグを売っているのを見つけてしまい、もちろんそちらも購入させていただきました😂

さて、腹拵えも済ませたところで散策再開です。次はスカイツリーがそびえ立つ押上方面へと歩いてゆきます。

Whenever snow falls, I feel like always I teleported to a foreign snow town somewhere far away. We became a Day Tripper in our delusions. This place of arrival was Sweden :-D

Ode to our Green Road #9

Beautiful flowers bloom and kindred-spirit friends gather. Someone sings a love song without lyrics, and everyone smiles and hums along its lovely melody ;-) ♪♫

The autumn Green Road is filled with such a peaceful atmosphere, and there are beautiful moments that we wish would last forever.

Spring notes #2

When I move my eyes to other flower fields, poppies are blooming colorfully. The humming of cute bees carrying pollen is added to the symphony played by Spring. It will be an increasingly stunning chord :-))))

ポピーの花畑も、いままさに見頃を迎えています。 色とりどりの花たちがのびのびと瑞々しく咲き誇り、 そこに昆虫たちが花粉を集めにやってきます。 春のよろこびが、光の音符になってころがって、 野原いちめんにひろがります。

さくら　さくら

今年もこの町に　さくらが咲いた

いつも見慣れている散歩道いっぱいに

若やかで　どこか懐かしくもあるような

しあわせの色が　ぱあっと広がった

高く澄みわたる　青空の下で

花がわらってる　犬もわらってる

光のどけし　ああ　春’ing

The cherry blossoms in the famous tourist spots are wonderful and certainly worth seeing.

However, what moves my heart most is the cherry blossoms that bloom on the usual walking paths. It beautifully colors our familiar place and uplifts the feelings of the people who live there.

"Hello! I'm glad to see you again!!"

I greet the flowers that way and sincerely thankful for the spring reunion. Our smiles are in sync and that happy time lasts for about 1 week :-))

Walking the “Tsukuba-Michi” #2

After eating Onigiri (Japanese rice ball) made from local rice, we slowly descend the pilgrimage route on the slope of about 4km.

This road (Tsukuba-Michi), which has been around since the Edo period, retains the old Japanese atmosphere, and we can fully enjoy the seasonal flowers and nature :-)

お土産物屋さんに立ち寄り、地元の米で作った

美味しいおにぎりで腹ごしらえをしてから、

江戸時代に筑波山への参詣道として開設された

一里ほど（約4km）の距離の「つくば道」を、

起点に向かってゆっくりと下ってゆきます。

行きは急な上り坂がキツい場所もありましたが、

帰りは足取りも軽やか、昔ながらの家並みや、

長閑な自然が広がる景色をのんびり眺めながら、

ハグも僕もいい気分です🍂🐶☺️🌾

紅葉の頃に、今度は山頂まで登れたらいいね♫
