Wyll is so fucking funny and no amount of acknowledgement about this could ever be enough. He's literally walking around being so casually hilarious completely under-the-radar. He calls Halsin a "thick hunk of an elf". He once accidently implied that he was fucking an ogre instead of killing it and then proceeded to absolutely stumble his way through explaining. He gets excited by Lae'zel talking about carnal pleasures. He canonically tells his pessimistic thoughts to shut the hell up. He volunteers to babysit Shadowheart's hypothetical werewolf babies as long as she gets him gloves. He tries to give Gale a hero moniker like his own. He jokes that his father, the Grand Duke of Baldur's Gate, can't spell. He calls Astarion "Mister Fangs". He makes up storybook chapter names for his own fucking adventures. As a child he got chased by the Flaming Fist for stealing fruit, nearly drowned trying to find mermaids in the harbor, and almost successfully broke into the Counting House. He reads monster erotica, and is not ashamed to tell you about it. He ranks eating pudding among life's greatest moments. He will, without shame and completely unprompted, meow at you. He is 24 years old.
Beautiful, amazing, incredible
a little update to the animation that was not even supposed to be fully animated :3 finally you can tell who's supposed to be who
Help my default way of drawing Bruce is the wet cat version of him from fear state and future state.
I’ve tried to draw cleaned up versions of Bruce but they just never look right. What do I do?! Literally if I try to draw Bruce this is what comes to mind.
Superman is having hallucinations because of the red kryptonite and Batman just rushes in to try and help him. This is so good!!! I love them!!!
Vague Discourse Post (please avoid if you’re not interested, take care of yourself)
Does it ever piss you off when people will go “you’re terrible for liking this character, this character is awful and has done awful things. You’re just lying to yourself if you say that they are out of character in these moments”
And then they turn around and go “this story was awful they completely mischaracterized my favorite character. They would never do this thing. How dare you hate my favorite.”
I’ve just noticed this a lot in a lot of the fandoms I’m a part of. I feel silly getting upset about this but I just needed to get it off my chest.
A finished version of that sketch I did
Calling all comic fan!!
Let’s give each other recs! I recommend World’s Finest by Mark Wait and a really cool comic series called Astro City.
The first comic in Astro City is of a family moving into a superhero city, it’s about an average family in a superhero world.
(This is mostly just me trying to get comic recs from people so I can make a reading list for the summer.)
does anyone have that unsettling oil painting of a dark window with a sheet leading out into the darkness? it did the rounds on tumblr a while ago and i need itttt
my apologies Tumblr is a Webbed Site and ate my first message. please read this article in regards to we are robin, it's really common and problematic, but I want people to be aware so we can make fandom safer thanks!
https://ejusa.org/why-we-dont-say-gang/
Ok so first of all thank you for telling me about this. I’ve changed it cause I feel like I should, though I do want to mention I meant no malice gang is just part of my vocabulary when I talk about people in a group.
I do want to mention, and I’m sorry if this comes off as rude, that maybe you shouldn’t use the word problematic. It’s often used as a buzzword by people who want to cause problems rather than educate. Example is I like villain characters cause they’re characters and I like to study how they operate for my own stories. But often on other websites (and even this one) people will call that problematic when it’s doesn’t actually affect real people.
Sorry for the rant I just felt like that was important to tell people. But genuinely thank you so much for telling me about this and I really appreciate you going out of your way to tell me about this. And you were incredibly polite about it which I appreciate so much.
