Kamerun (2019)

CAT|| Il·lustració per encàrrec per a un cartell d'un concert solidari a favor d'un orfenat de Camerun.

La il·lustració pretén mostrar la bellesa i riquesa natural de país amb espècies endèmiques o que es poden trobar al Camerun sobretot a prop de la zona de Nkongsamba.

Com a protagonistes apareixen tres petites granotes, dues de les quals es troben en perill d'extinció.

La ilustración pretende mostrar la belleza y riqueza natural del país con especies endémicas o que se pueden encontrar en Camerún sobretodo cerca de la zona de Nkongsamba. 

Como protagonistas aparecen tres pequeñas ranas, dos de las cuales se encuentran en peligro de extinción.

The illustration aims to show the beauty and natural wealth of the country with endemic species or  species that can be found in Cameroon especially near the Nkongsamba area. 

We can see three small frogs as the protagonists, two of which are seriously in danger of extinction.

ESP|| No sé si soy yo o el tiempo esta un poco loco, un día voy en tirantes i pantalones cortos y el otro voy más abrigada que este dinosaurio! Diría que ya podemos guardar las bufandas en el armario hasta el año que viene pero no lo tengo tan claro… ❄️☀️🌜 Os gusta este personajillo? Lleva escondido des de principios de año, a diferencia de mi, ella ve que nieva y no piensa en hibernación, si no que coge su patinete y sale a intentar ser mas veloz que el viento! Pequeño esbozo realizado en @procreate inspirado a partes iguales en el emoticono de Whatsapp que me encanta y me tenia obsesionada hasta que descubrí los stickers de Telegram, en Piecito de “En busca del valle encantado” (una memoria lejana de mi infancia) y en @animalsmechanic 🦕 ENG|| I don't know if it's me or the weather is a bit crazy, one day I'm wearing tank tops and shorts and the other I'm wearing more scarves, coats, sweaters,… than this dinosaur! I would say that we can keep the scarves in the closet until next year, but I'm not so sure anymore... ❄️☀️🌜 Do you like this character? She has been hiding since the beginning of the year, unlike me, she sees that it’s snowing and she doesn’t think about hibernation instead she takes her longboard and goes out to try to be faster than the wind! Small sketch made in @procreate inspired in equal parts by the WhatsApp emoticon which I love and had me obsessed with until I discovered the wonderful telegram stickers, by Littlefoot from “The Land Before Time” (a distant memory of my childhood) and @animalsmechanic 🦕

Happy lunar new year!! I wish you all a wonderful year of the wood sssssnake! Let’s hope this creature brings us good luck and new beginnings.

My version of this year's wooden snake is accompanied by kittens so that it doesn't feel lonely. I started a bit stuck with the composition of the snake, because I didn't want it to look like last year's dragon, at first all the compositions seemed a bit bland to me and finally I decided to put the cats as sweet companions (like the rabbits last year) and the frame around it.

If you look at the frame, I have drawn the different lunar phases and different typical elements of each season of the year. Can you find them all?🐍♥️

ES|| Aquí tenéis el retrato finalizado de la adorable Haizea que seguro que allá donde esté estará corriendo entre la nieve o entre las flores y las mariposas y durmiendo en sofás y camas muy altas, tal y como le gustaba a ella! Es increíble lo mucho que se hecha de menos a estas criaturitas peludas… Ella no vivía conmigo pero sus visitas era maravillosas y seguro que seguiré echando de menos sus miradas pidiendo compañía (o comida!). La verdad es que ya hace bastante que tenia acabada esta ilustración pero hasta ahora no os lo había enseñado, no sé si ha sido por todo el trabajo que tenia entre manos o si no me veía con ánimos para ello… En fin! Espero haber captado toda su belleza y ternura! ♥️ Deseo que os guste! EN|| Here’s the finished portrait of the adorable Haizea who wherever she is I’m sure is running in the snow or among the flowers and butterflies, and sleeping on very high sofas and beds, just the way she loved it! It's amazing how much these furry little creatures are missed when they are gone... She didn't live with me but her visits were wonderful and I'm sure I'll continue to miss her and her looks asking for company (or food!). To tell you the truth it's been a while since I finished this illustration but until now I hadn't shown it to you, I don't know if it was because of all the work I had in my hands or if I didn't have the strength for it... Anyway! I hope I’ve captured all of her beauty and tenderness! ♥️ I wish you like it!
