At some point in your life, you just have to realize that your laziness, your lack of goals and ambition, your unhealthy coping mechanisms, the books you're not reading, the people you're not meeting, the healthy food you won't even touch, the effort you won't put in.... it's called disrespecting yourself. Don't know about you, but I'm done with it.
stop ignoring yourself. fix your posture, get a new hair cut, do your nails, take care of your skin, brush your teeth, drink water, eat foods that give you energy. get strong, stop looking sloppy. when you feel good, you do good. invest in yourself.

remember: going out for a walk on your neighborhood and getting a warm beverage and a buttery pastry can change your sour mood ☕
Checklist for going into 2025
Before stepping into the new year, there are things we should reflect on and do in order to have a fresh start for the new year.
Set your goals and then set miniature gaols for each to make sure you will achieve them
Journal or diary for the new year
Make sure your space is clean, change your bedsheets and dust your room
Write down your achievements and what else you plan on doing
Make a vision board! Do it on Pinterest if you don’t want to print it out
Create affirmations
Clean out your phone
Think those thoughts that were always pushed into the back of your head
Create an alter ego and achieve to be like them
Figure yourself out
Try out a new style of clothing or makeup!
Figure out what your leaving behind in 2024 and what your bringing into 2025
