having a flare up = forcing it on my blorbos of the month
zack revival after meteorfall au where he has chronic pain and cloud takes care of him on his hard days which is hard for zack because he's always been the one taking care of everyone around him. he was helping aerith with her flower wagons, he was trying to help angeal and sephiroth and genesis stay sane, hell he was trying to help cloud with his motion sickness!! and now his body revolts and makes him sore and exhausted for days on end.
cloud tries to convince him he really doesn't mind takin' care of him, that he loves him, but it's hard for him to take, y'know? it's hard to accept help when it feels like accepting defeat, and it's even harder to accept help when you don't exactly know what's goin' on.
ugh i'm so tired of this you guys
zack comes back to life after meteorfall au where zack and cloud are spending time together and cloud says something about how he feels like a monster sometimes and zack freaks tf out bc thats how angeal and genesis and sephiroth all felt before they tried to kill him.
on my rebirth replay i had the stellar idea to write down the loveless prelude and compare it to the "original" loveless poem. also it's color-coded.
later i'm gonna think harder about my big "explore differences" note. maybe on the airplane. i mean, what do you do on an airplane anyway? analyze fictional religious poetry.

Zack (Aerith hyjacked his PHS): “He stole a dog off the street and now says it’s ours.”

so Zack gives Aerith the ribbon she wears until the day she dies, he suggests she wears pink and she does, and it seems like there’s forget me nots on her letters to him and that matches her necklace. And she keeps that ribbon and that dress until she dies and when Cloud lowers her into the water, reuniting her and Zack, she’s still wearing the date dress for Zack. And let’s not forget all the sweet compliments Zack gives Aerith and how hard he worked on her flower wagon! And how Aerith loved him so much she waited for him even longer than they’d dated! And Zack loved her so much he literally died trying to see her again! She was one of the last things he was thinking about as he died. 😭 it’s also very sweet how Cloud keeps reuniting Zack and Aerith. Of course he’d do anything for his friend who kept him safe, but he reunites Zack and Aerith when he lowers her into the water, he does it by taking Zacks sword to Aeriths church, and then he does again by taking Aeriths flowers to Zacks grave. Cloud loves his friends and he is the biggest Zerith shipper.

This post consists mainly of Sephiroth (+ Sephzack) doodles and whatnot. I've been trying to get better at anatomy and fabric, so I used her as the character for the studies. I view/hc Sephiroth as Trans Fem (She/They/It) who either transitioned after the Nibelheim incident or is capable of changing forms thanks to Jenova cells (Jenova is literally a sexually ambiguous entity who can morph/look like other people, Seph should totally be allowed to be what she wants!)

i think i drew these in response to one of star's reblogs about the FF7 dragons AU a while back..
Zack getting scruffed by Angeal, and Genesis getting dunked on for being a puny dragon (but still bigger than Zack at least!)
I drew @foreststarflaime's AU where the Final Fantasy 7 guys are dragons (original "AGSZC as dragons" post)
Star sent it to me, I said I was too dead tired to draw it, the rest is history
We got a little cabin fever and watched Crisis Core
