Dustin complains to his mother about how he just wants his favourite older male pseudo-brother figures to get along, only for her to chime in and say that all the arguing he’s mentioned reminds her of one of her favourite enemies-to-lovers queer ships that she reads and creates lots of zines for.
Then, Dustin FINALLY realises that they don’t hate each other but just have sexual tension (thinking that makes him want to vomit) and so he creates chaos as he tries to get Steve and Eddie to interact and fall for each other!!!
Plot-twist…steddie get together after Dustin’s first time trying to matchmake, but hide it, so still have to suffer through Dustin’s increasingly insane attempts at getting them together!!
