***This post might be long, i don't apologize*** Lots of people are asking me how the trip to #NYC for #TeamBackPack was...well i didnt 'win.' I didn't make the top 12 or top 3. I passed out cds, experienced a whole different demographic culture, met dope people, spit live ass verses and gained some respect. Music had once again brought to a place that I've never been before. Literally words out of my mouth manifested into a new situation and new experience. And you know what i always toast to? Progress. I wanna do things in the future that constantly makes my past look like child's play. I want to constantly prove to myself that music is worth my time even without the millions and fame, and that I'm able to push myself past expectations set by OTHER people. There will be a CONSTANT push on my end to step shit up, and for yall that aren't serious, thats bad news. So for those that wanted and expected me to win, just know that your support is hot water when. That won't be the last contest and it won't be the last time I rap.
