Where your favorite blogs come alive
hello people of this websiteeee!! I have drawn my sister (also known as da host) and yeah!! (She doesn't actually look like this, but alderwinged and stuffs so it's how she wants to look lol)
and then before I did da color:
Hello.. Internet!
I made a simple little website with google sites that i had already posted on here... But i was in a rush making said post-
Sooooo... I wanted to give it a proper introduction!! =D
Here's the link now if you don't wanna read the rest lol:
HeadSpace house is a little "Show" (The eps are read, but i'm calling it a show for some reason?? Yeah, no, I can't really explain this one-) that I've created! I started it at school (Oh, yes, the wonderful school computers that need me to filter out "Bad" words with "@" and "!"s and such-) And then turned it into a whole little project!! =D I had been working on how to get a working website every day in study hall for like a week and then finally did it!!
Exp that it was on my school acc and there was no way to move it to my personal acc.. (Yes, I did straight-up remake the whole thing. It took a few hours.) But I got it done anyways and was able to post it! =D
Now, HeadSpace House is (If you say it before or guessed from the title) About plurality! It's actually about the inside of a girl's head and her headspace and her "Alters" (Typically referred to as the voices-) and their life! = )
It's 100% based off of real life. My life. And I personally LOVE it (I'm biased towards my own work. Who woulda guessed-) I just really hope that you (And all of Tumblr) Likes this little thing I've created, all based on actual things that happened, Or the actual event that happened, no editing.. I really hope that you enjoy it!!!!!!!!! = )
Btw: For updates on this website go follow: @headspacehouseofficial (My other acc!!)
it's because they are :> <3
Headmate who (with much love in his heart) calls the others losers
.
i just wanna say i love my headmate boyfriend very much >:3
woaaah we hadn't heard of these terms yet. that's really useful.
thinking, we do feel kinda cephaconscious actually, it's sometimes hard to tell who's fronting and it took us forever to develop the inner tools to figure out who's who and who said what
Here's to cephaconscious systems!
Usually, systems fall under monoconscious (having one collective consciousness), or polyconscious (each headmate having their own consciousness). However, this isn't always the case!
Cephaconscious is defined as a system that has "fluid, monoconscious-like switching, but members of the system who are not in front have their own, separate consciousness in headspace/are polyconscious in headspace" [via Pluralpedia].
Shoutout to cephaconscious systems who:
Have a hard time telling who's fronting due to the way they switch
Blur more frequently than other systems
Have difficulties accessing headspace, or needing lots of effort to go to the innerworld
Feel like they "become" the person they're switching with
And any other cephaconscious experience I may have missed!
Having an uncommon consciousness type is super cool! You're so, so loved and unique! The plural community supports you, always!
Don't forget to be yourself today!

its so nice to take a break from fronting all the time. im always so much more relaxed when i come back.
its great and i really have to do it more.
-air of wings
leaned that we can basically shapshift in headspace if we want to.
of course i immediately used this new power to give myself massive wings
-(pilot)
i never asked to be plural, but i wouldnt change it for the world.
i cant imagine a better group of people to share my life with.

sometimes being plural is comforting each other during our hardest moments,
and other times its a passionate argument over question of "what is the biggest rock in the solar system?" that ends with the conclusion that the earth is a cream egg.
yes absolutely,
we first discoved our system about 6 months ago, and yeh it seemed scary at first, but getting to know each other and learning to work together as a team has honestly been the best experience of our life.
i love how we all support each other in whatever we need, how we work together to better care for the system as a whole. i dont know what i would do without everyone else in here with me.
we love being plural and wouldnt trade it for the world.
question 15: Do you enjoy being a system?
(submitted by anon)
But what if your headmates force you to do something you dont want to?
My headmates:
"you know you should probably go for walk, some fresh air would make you feel better."
"You shouldnt stay up so late, your only going to make yourself tired in the morning."
"you should make a sandwich instead of just snacking all day."
honestly, i think the best part of our plurality is the emotional bleedthrough we have. it happens more the stonger the emotions are and it feels exactly like im feeling my own emotions, but im not the source of it.
if one of us is feeling bad, like stressed, sad, anxious, whatever, well now the others know exactly how they feel and can help to comfort them so much better than they could otherwise, also its great to just feel them calm down as you help.
but its gets better, it happens with joy as well. it really is an amazing feeling just bounceing pure happiness off each other, and theres been a few times we've gotten into a bit of a feedback loop with it.
im not sure were we saw it but i remember seeing a quote along the lines of "shared pain is halved, shared joy is doubled" and thats exactly what is like.
we love being plural and wouldnt trade it for the world.
about a month ago when i started to question if i was a part of a system i was really panicing about it and i remember thinking to myself "i could still repress this"
i know it probably wouldnt have worked, but even so im glad i didnt. im so very glad i didnt.
as weird and as difficult as plurality can be i like the others in here with me, i like the conversations we have and how we work together as team. i like being a part of a system.
the future is plural and so are we!
ill answer this one for our collective ...... our stress, exhaustion, and pain has decreased drastically due to our system. we're all here for each other, both on our good, and our bad days. we're here to listen to each other when no one outside will, and we are here to spread positivity and love throughout our system and take the brunt of the blow for each other so we can keep on going. we do playfully banter a TON, but in all seriousness, we genuinely all keep each other alive.
Tell us something positive about your system/alters/headmates/plurality:
We'll go first. If it wasn't for our system and the ability to relieve each other from fronting there's no fucking way we'd be half as functional as we currently are with the excruciating level of pain we're in. So god damn thankful I don't have to do this bullshit alone.
