π¨| About my "trip" to WR with the void method:
Well, I used the void state method to go to WR, as you already know. First of all, if you try this way and it doesn't work, RELAX! YOU CAN GO TO YOUR WR/DR, YOU'RE JUST NOT USED TO IT, TAKE IT CALM AND DON'T FOCUS ON THE METHOD BUT ON THE GO.
Here is what I did:
I listened to guided meditation throughout the day. As I am brazilian, I listened to guided meditation on a brazilian channel, in this case: GISELE RF, but as I know that you who are reading are probably not Brazilian, you can use someone else's guided meditation. Anyway, I listened to the guided meditation to, obviously, meditate. And I stayed like that throughout my day.
When it was close to bedtime, instead of listening to music, I listened to a subliminal about entering the void state and I was fidling at my cell phone, normally.
After that I went to sleep, I acted normally. Now came the main key: When I was in that state of wanting to sleep but not wanting to close my eyes, I closed my eyes and affirmated "I'm already in the void", in short, those normal affirmations. I also kept pretending that I was already on the void.
After that I thought I was already asleep, but I didn't feel anything anymore, I didn't hear anything anymore, I didn't hear anything anymore, It was as if I were just a floating consciousness. For some reason I didn't have time to be scared, I guess, but it's probably because of the absence of feelings when we're in the void.
After that, I already knew that I would be able to shift, because I was in a state of pure consciousness. I just thought "I want to go to my WR" and showed up there.
I don't know if I managed to explain it well, it was very strange after I arrived at WR. BUT, I loved this method because it was the only method that worked for ME, and because when I arrived at WR I wasn't so shaken by having literally changed my reality.
I believe this method will be the only one I will use forever, it stopped me from feeling symptoms or being scared when my consciousness was starting to leave my body.
It's important to remember that: I have limiting beliefs, but I "overcame" them while acting as shifting was an everyday thing.
It was really cool and weird at the same time because I wasn't expecting to shift.

Relax, and sit back, I'll provide you the best effective routine that I have ever made, by using my whole knowledge of 3+ years in the field of void state and the subconscious and conscious mind, dabbing in subliminals and finally finding the key, this routine is for anyone, I personally used it for a couple of days and I can assure you, it works wonders, it soothes the mind, helps you realize what the void really is, and how it doesnβt matter how much you tried and failed, this routine is something special I'll share β‘

This routine/guide I made is just a simple bearing way to help you let go of the void and let it come to you, a guide i made that has some helpful information to anyone needing it, remember, you control your reality, you decide how to enter the void, and you decide when to, with that being said, lots of love β‘
βthe void, merging nothing and everything at once, sit back and relax, the void has no hurryβ
A state of awareness, where an individual is at it's most calmest point, a point where you feel an extreme wave of calmness and peace, with the feeling of reassurance, hope, and positivity, in this state, nothing that you have not intended for it to happen, will simply not happen
Why? Because you, are the void, you, hold the control over the void, you have the key, you turn the way the key should turn.
One might argue, but how can I reach it?
Reach it? You have already reached it, it's within you, it's you, you enter it every night.
The void state is a state of awareness ,it's not something you have to achieve to get the benefits, the void itself is you, your consciousness
The void is recognizable once being aware in it, it's a place where you are detached from being the one you are binded to in this reality, you'll feel weightless, formless, some report they feel like a βslime-like substanceβ, as to what it looks like, it depends, some say it's a certain color, yet most have an established idea that it's a dark dark place, some could say they are surrounded by stars, it's up to you and your consciousness
So, what makes it so popular and special in this community?
It's the sole fact that the void cannot block the desires you give it, it will manifest instantly the moment you intent to, nothing, I repeat, nothing, is impossible in this state, bending the fabric of reality can happen so easily as a human who had detached it's consciousness from it's being, that what makes the void special
Now I made it sound so special and such, we'll get the catch here, it's completely something easy as special as it sounds, and no, I am not saying this as a way to make you be positive or such ever, it's simply the hardcore truth, that this? Is the easiest thing
The void is within anybody, regardless of anything with them, it doesn't matter, it has no boundaries, no limit, nothing, but you are everything there
Now that we truly understand what it is, how about we go through methods? Surely you have seen such thousands of methods and tips, sometimes might overwhelm you
This is completely alright, it's nothing bad, take a seat, keep calm, understand you'll eventually enter any time, so why panic?
You can choose whatever you want to your liking, however, many report they feel more motivated when they follow a routine
Let it be, I have come up with a challenge x routine for you, and please please understand, this DOES NOT mean you have to use this to enter the void, no, in fact, you can snap your fingers and enter the void, the void doesn't need concepts or such, but concept had helped those with desperate mindsets, so it can help
In short, go with whatever your guts tell you, because the subconscious mind sends you these subconscious messages through gut feelings, and for sure your subconscious knows your body way more than anyone, trust it and follow it's instinct
Let's start shall we now?
This routine will be heavily insisting upon reprogramming the subconscious mind, and before you say anything, no, it won't take 21 days or 4 or anything- it takes how many days you assume, in this routine, there is no deadline, simply do this until you reach it, it's easy and very simple, I'll teach you to effortlessly impress both the subconscious and the conscious mind for the void
- Use this one affirmation only for the rest of the routine
Or whatever else you choose, to, just remember, please use the term βsubconscious mind ____β
- Upon waking up, tell yourself this affirmation, tell yourself as though you're just saying some fact, repeat it for some time while you are groggy, because in this state, it's a state of the theta mind, it will pick up affirmations easier
- Now I highly suggest this, to listen to [Lotus Miβs pure affirmation tape], doesn't matter how long or when, minimum amount of time you have to listen is at least once, you can loop it through the night if you want to, it's completely optional, the pink link above will lead you to the subliminal
- Now, this here is extremely important, whenever you get a thought of the void or anything related, feel that have already reached it and have it, feel like you're a master at the void, repeat your affirmation and believe in it
- Now, comes the important part, before sleep, I want you to lay in bed, get comfortable, and just actually prepare yourself to sleep, do something that you'll get sleepy with, a state where you are so groggy and so sleepy but not sleeping yet, in this state, command your subconscious mind, tell yourself that chosen affirmation over and over till you sleep, I swear, it's extremely important and it's the highlight of the journey, you are reprogramming your subconscious, just like how Joseph Murphy said βgive your subconscious a problem before you sleep, and let it solve it for you while you fall in sleepβ
That's it! That's the routine that I've been taking literal two weeks to test it off and it's extremely efficient, it worked so so well for me, I'm sure you'll immediately see the difference once you try it, the subconscious mind is a treasure

1. Get comfortable in bed, just be like other days and get yourself to sleep
2. Stay awake until you get physically so tired, and I know some might say they would have problems with that, you can count until you feel groggy, or daydream, or listen to music, do anything that makes you go sleepy but not sleeping yet
3. Now comes the important part, close your eyes for sleep and simply command your subconscious mind over and over again, tell yourself that affirmation I told you about, do that till you fall asleep
Good luck for anyone who tries this! I made it extremely easy and fun, it doesn't require that much energy at all! β§How I Induced the void through SATS
And i know, I've wanted to and said that i'll induce the void through lucid dreaming, but here's the thing. Sats is actually so easy and effortless to do, lucid dreaming feels like a chore now (to me). And the thing is, I, ironically took break from tumblr and void because void state was starting to be viewed "too hard" (π) to get into, literally induced it unintentionally through sats, it was THAT easy. Let's get right into it, I'm gonna start from the very basics, so you can know how sats works and how to actually utilise it :)
It's a deeply relaxed state, a state where you're groggy and drowsy. Like, yk before going to sleep, you hit this one point where you're half dreaming, half awake ish? like you can't (or don't want to) open your eyes, and you're just halfway through drifting off to sleep. That's exactly it! Your subconscious mind is HIGHLY suggestive to literally anything you tell it in this state. You access right before sleeping and right after waking up, and if you use it carefully you could really benefit from it :)
I actually did not realise relaxing was subjective to everyone until this experience. Let me tell you what happened.
It was a normal day. Like I mentioned above, I had taken a break from tumblr so I just scrolled through youtube. I was tired that day and wanted to sleep, but yk me and my phone addiction lol. So long story short, I saw some video about a beach, and then I just decided to go on pinterest, look at some comforting dark stormy beaches (π) and some more peaceful shit and just imagined scenarios that RELAXED me. I like visualization and I'm good at it so imagining the scenarios was extremely peaceful. Basically I just looked at them pictures and just imagined sitting or laying there peaceful and relaxed, and other stuff.
Then i re-downloaded tumblr because I couldn't resist, and the first thing I saw was bunch of void success stories from a tumblr blog. They motivated me a lot and improved my mindset towards void, one of them being like "I was tired, so I affirmed, relaxed, felt a sucking feeling and entered", which to me was crazy because I was already tired and relaxed. So I laid down, relaxed, and almost immediately got into the SATS because of how relaxed and tired I was. Then in the sats I started to affirm for the void. And guess what? I felt a sucking feeling, something pulling me in, and then it was total black. I couldn't feel, hear or see a thing. I didn't affirm anything because of how peaceful it felt and forgot I had to do that (π). When I woke up it motivated me a lot because I just realised how EASY it was and that I proved myself wrong.
Now, how is relaxing subjective? because to me, relaxing was like blindly following a guided meditation. Almost every blog i saw told me to meditate to relax (NO HATE TO ANYONE!!), and I thought meditation was just meditating to some guided meditation on youtube or the typical high frequency breathe in breathe out shit, which made me alien to the idea of meditating, because for me honestly following some youtube video on how to relax just didn't sit with me, because I wasn't even "relaxing". After the experience I realised what relaxing or meditating actually is. It's about discovering your own peace. It doesn't matter what it is.
(p.s. from the same concept I Induced the alpha state, lmk if you want a post on that. And no I did not count from 13 to 1 then 12 to 1, or even count at all).
and that was literally it. Imagining some peaceful scenarios, lying down, immediately getting inside sats and affirming, then inducing. I even entered 1-2 times after in two consecutive nights which boosted my confidence. Guys, it really is that easy.
Preface: I published this post before I deactivated my account, but it is still relevant. The post is gradually being updated.
I consciously (!) entered a Void State three times. Here's my way.
Usually I don't prepare in any way. I just do this before bed when I'm tired after a routine day.
You know that kind of fatigue when youβve been walking for a long time and finally sit down or lie down, and your body seems to start melting like butter in the sun? I'm talking about such pleasant fatigue.
Having made myself comfortable on the bed, I began to relax my body and mind, but not fall asleep. Next was a guided meditation. I tried just saying affirmations, but I still like it better when the voice from meditation guides me.
And the most important thing that always allows me to enter the Void State is that I fully concentrated on the voice from the guided meditation. I didnβt even fully realize what exactly they were talking about, the main thing was to listen to this voice and music and not be distracted by anything. If there were wandering thoughts that I became aware of, I immediately returned my attention to the voice from the meditation.
Usually, at the 10th minute of meditation, I already felt the pre-Void symptoms. But I still continued to concentrate on the voice from the meditation. Andβ¦ boom! I'm in the Void State. In this state it is very calm and pleasant, but soulless, or something... After I said my intention or simply relaxed in this state, I came out of it and βwoke upβ in the desired reality.
What kind of meditation was I listening to?
A simple guided meditation for deep relaxation. I usually choose a deep female voice because it calms me down more. But I don't have favorites among specific meditations.

But you can listen to absolutely any meditation if you want. The main thing is that you feel comfortable and at ease, it should not be difficult for you.
You can also not listen to the meditation at all, but just do affirmations or something like that.
How did I manage to relax but not fall asleep?
I simply concentrated on the voice from the meditation, so my brain was constantly working while my body relaxed. This is the main secret to accurately get into the Void State.
What did I manifest?

option one: decide youβre entering the void, lay down, say void affirmations in your head for like five minutes and BOOM!!!
option two: decide youβre entering the void, find a void subliminal you like, and fall asleep as it plays and BOOM!!?!?!
CNA WE PLS STOP?!?!? IF YOU HAVE LAID DOWN BEFORE, AND YOU HAVE THOUGHT IN YOUR HEAD BEFORE, YOU CAN ENTER THR VOID. IM JUST SO MAD AHHHHHHHIQWUWU
First of all, know that the void is very real!!! I entered it a few hours ago for the first time intentionally!π
Itβs just like falling asleep when youβre really tired, how youβre entering the void when really relaxed. Itβs impossible to fail.
Step 1: Get into a comfortable position.
Step 2: Get into the alpha state using a guided meditation or without. I like to do it without by counting down from 12 to 1 whilst visualising the numbers as you count them in your head. Then count down from 13 to 1 without visualising. This will get you into the alpha state. (You donβt have to be fully in the alpha state but it helps, just be really relaxed).
Step 3: I know people tell you to affirm for the void at this point BUT YOU NEED TO BE DISTRACTED!!! Visualise a scene in your head and let it distract you. You can even play your favourite song in the background (in your head, donβt actually put music on). You can do those separately or simultaneously. This will get you really distracted and not focusing on the 3D anymore. Then you will end up in the void! BOOM! There you go. Itβs literally guaranteed results, itβs too effective to not work. Anyways have fun living your dream life!! Bye!!!!

for this method you simply choose an intention. for example: i will shift to my dr, i will wake up in my drβ¦
you say that intention a few times, out loud or in your head.
then you lay down and when you feel yourself drifting off to sleep you say the intention again.
and then youβve shifted.
this method btw works best if youβre tired.
how to practise setting an intention and making this method working pretty fast for you:
you can make this method work faster for you if you start setting intentions throughout your day.
examples:
if you want to drink water, say (out loud or in your head): i intend to drink water.
if you want to stand up/sit down, say (out loud or in your head): i intend to stand up/sit down.
do this as often as possible. your brain will then understand: if you say an intention, it will happen.
so when you say then : i will shift, i will wake up in my dr, etc⦠you actually will shift.

The Cornell method provides a systematic format for condensing and organizing notes without laborious recopying. After writing the notes in the main space, use the left-hand space to label each idea and detail with a key word or βcue.β
Method
Rule your paper with a 2 Β½ inch margin on the left leaving a six-inch area on the right in which to make notes. During class, take down information in the six-inch area. When the instructor moves to a new point, skip a few lines. After class, complete phrases and sentences as much as possible. For every significant bit of information, write a cue in the left margin. To review, cover your notes with a card, leaving the cues exposed. Say the cue out loud, then say as much as you can of the material underneath the card. When you have said as much as you can, move the card and see if what you said matches what is written. If you can say it, you know it.
Advantages
Organized and systematic for recording and reviewing notes. Easy format for pulling out major concept and ideas. Simple and efficient. Saves time and effort. βDo-it-right-in-the-first-placeβ system.
Disadvantages
None
When to Use
In any lecture situation.
Dash or indented outlining is usually best except for some science classes such as physics or math.
The information which is most general begins at the left with each more specific group of facts indented with spaces to the right.
The relationships between the different parts is carried out through indenting.
No numbers, letters, or Roman numerals are needed.
Method
Listening and then write in points in an organized pattern based on space indention. Place major points farthest to the left. Indent each more specific point to the right. Levels of importance will be indicated by distance away from the major point. Indention can be as simple as or as complex as labeling the indentations with Roman numerals or decimals. Markings are not necessary as space relationships will indicate the major/minor points.
Advantages
Well-organized system if done right. Outlining records content as well as relationships. It also reduces editing and is easy to review by turning main points into questions.
Disadvantages
Requires more thought in class for accurate organization. This system may not show relationships by sequence when needed. It doesnβt lend to diversity of a review attach for maximum learning and question application. This system cannot be used if the lecture is too fast.
When to Use
The outline format can be used if the lecture is presented in outline organization. This may be either deductive (regular outline) or inductive (reverse outline where minor points start building to a major point). Use this format when there is enough time in the lecture to think about and make organization decisions when they are needed. This format can be most effective when your note taking skills are super sharp and you can handle the outlining regardless of the note taking situation.

Mapping is a method that uses comprehension/concentration skills and evolves in a note taking form which relates each fact or idea to every other fact or idea. Mapping is a graphic representation of the content of a lecture. It is a method that maximizes active participation, affords immediate knowledge as to its understanding, and emphasizes critical thinking.
Advantages
This format helps you to visually track your lecture regardless of conditions. Little thinking is needed and relationships can easily be seen. It is also easy to edit your notes by adding numbers, marks, and color coding. Review will call for you to restructure thought processes which will force you to check understanding. Review by covering lines for memory drill and relationships. Main points can be written on flash or note cards and pieced together into a table or larger structure at a later date.
Disadvantages
You may not hear changes in content from major points to facts.
When to Use
Use when the lecture content is heavy and well-organized. May also be used effectively when you have a guest lecturer and have no idea how the lecture is going to be presented.
Example:
If the lecture format is distinct (such as chronological), you may set up your paper by drawing columns and labeling appropriate headings in a table.
Method
Determine the categories to be covered in the lecture. Set up your paper in advance by columns headed by these categories. As you listen to the lecture, record information (words, phrases, main ideas, etc.) into the appropriate category.
Advantages
Helps you track conversation and dialogues where you would normally be confused and lose out on relevant content. Reduces amount of writing necessary. Provides easy review mechanism for both memorization of facts and study of comparisons and relationships.
Disadvantages
Few disadvantages except learning how to use the system and locating the appropriate categories. You must be able to understand whatβs happening in the lecture
When to Use
Test will focus on both facts and relationships. Content is heavy and presented fast. You want to reduce the amount of time you spend editing and reviewing at test time. You want to get an overview of the whole course on one big paper sequence.
Example:
Method
Write every new thought, fact or topic on a separate line, numbering as you progress.
Advantages
Slightly more organized than the paragraph. Gets more or all of the information. Thinking to tract content is still limited.
Disadvantages
Canβt determine major/minor points from the numbered sequence. Difficult to edit without having to rewrite by clustering points which are related. Difficult to review unless editing cleans up relationship.
When to Use
Use when the lecture is somewhat organized, but heavy with content which comes fast. You can hear the different points, but you donβt know how they fit together. The instructor tends to present in point fashion, but not in grouping such as βthree related points.β
Three Examples:
Example 1:
A revolution is any occurrence that affects other aspects of life, such as economic life, social life, and so forth. Therefore revolutions cause change. (See page 29 to 30 in your text about this.)
Sample Notes:
Revolution - occurrence that affects other aspects of life: e.g., econ., socl., etc. C.f. text, pp. 29-30
Example 2:
Melville did not try to represent life as it really was. The language of Ahab, Starbuck, and Ishmael, for instance, was not that of real life.
Sample Notes:
Mel didnβt repr. life as was; e.g., lang. of Ahab, etc. not of real life.
Example 3:
At first, Freud tried conventional, physical methods of treatment such as giving baths, massages, rest cures, and similar aids. But when these failed, he tried techniques of hypnosis that he had seen used by Jean-Martin Charcot. Finally, he borrowed an idea from Jean Breuer and used direct verbal communication to get an unhypnotized patient to reveal unconscious thoughts.
Sample Notes:
Freud 1st β used phys. trtment; e.g., baths, etc. This fld. 2nd β used hypnosis (fr. Charcot) Finally β used dirct vrb. commun. (fr. Breuer) - got unhynop, patnt to reveal uncons. thoughts.
