DURANDAL was designed before introducing a 3D printer, and processed with PNC 2300A to create parts. I will create and assemble a 3D reference diagram, Unlike plastic models, there are no parts numbers, and there are design mistakes.

DURANDALは3Dプリンターを導入する前の設計で、PNC2300Aで加工して部品を作成していました。3D参考図を作成して組み立てして行きますが、 プラモと違い部品に番号も無いし、設計ミスも在ります。

It is an original robot [GABU_MiZ] You can play with the traveling and the punch mechanism utilizing the characteristics of the omni wheel.

オリジナルロボット[GABU_MiZ]です、 オムニホイールの特性を活かした走行とパンチ機構で遊ぶ事が出来ます。

The prototype was completed. I check the operation and check the function and play and see ~

明けましておめでとうございます！

I assemble and check the balance of the whole. Although the balance of the 2nd image is confirmed by 3d CAD rendering, There are times when the impression is different when compared with the real one.

組み立てをして全体のバランスを確認しています。 2枚目の画像は3ｄCADのレンダリングでバランスを確認していますが、 実物と比較すると印象が違うときがありますね。

基本動作の確認を終えて、 次の段階の部品を3ｄプリントしています。 少しずつでも前に前に進めるように。

I tried to improve the operability of the propo, Although the operability is improved, the stick part is too thin and my fingers hurt. I have to think about measures ,,,,

プロポの操作性を改良してみました、 操作性は良くなりましたがスティック部分が細すぎて指が痛いです。 対策を考えなくては、、、、

I found a foundation of LED lights at a shop where I often go. It is the start of production of lighting for photography. I designed it to attach the heat sink because the fever is amazing.

私がよく行くお店でLEDライトの基盤を見つけて来ました。 撮影用の照明の製作開始です。 発熱が凄いのでヒートシンクをはりつける設計にしました。

設計ミスで穴を開け忘れて使用不可な部品です、 よくあるミスです。 修正プリントをして組み立てを進めて行きます。

コトブキヤのプラモデルの紹介です、 組み替えて楽しむ事が出来るので、 新しいロボットのイメージを育てる事に使用しています。

I am using TORNADER parts of EK JAPAN Corporation.

Fit the M3 nut and bond.

3ｄプリント部品の組み立てです。

株式会社イーケイジャパンのTORNADERの部品を使用しています。

M3ナットを嵌め込んで接着します。

I installed a rocket cannon.

ロケット砲を取り付けてみました。

I tried over the 3DS. I could not think of anything of good thickness.

3DS を乗り越えてみた。 ほかに良い厚みのものが思いつかなかった。

Production mass production based on prototype, Corrections such as modification of start wheel and addition of texture, Creation of color variations, ,,,, It became wanting to change the color of p90 to pink as well.

My friends of Megami device also increased.

試作機を元に量産型を作製、 起動輪の修正とテクスチャーの追加などの修正、 カラーバリエーションの作成、 、、、、ｐ90の色もピンク色に変更したくなってきた。

Megami device の仲間も増えました。

Performance evaluation, the speed is a bit slow. It takes too much time for 3d printing because the car body is too big, and productivity is not good. Improvement and miniaturization of the power mechanism are necessary for improvement. In short, it is redesign. I like the basic design of this car body, but I want to try other ideas, so this design will be temporarily closed. Megami Device and others are convinced by saying that it is only one car in the world.

性能評価をしてみると、スピードが少し遅いです。 車体が大き過ぎるために３dプリントの時間がかかりすぎ生産性が良くありません。 改善する為には動力機構の改善と小型化が必要です。要するに再設計です。 この車体の基本デザインは好きなのですが、他のアイデアも試してみたいのでこのデザインは一時お休みします。 Megami Deviceたちには、世界で一台だけの車と言う事で納得してもらいます。

Comparing the size of the car body is a bit too big feeling.

車体の大きさを比較すると少し大きすぎた感じです。

At last the assembly of the prototype was completed.

やっと、試作機の組み立てが終わりました 実際にプリントして、試作機を組み立てると色々な問題を見つけることが出来ます、 次に動作確認や使用感の検証を行う予定です。
