i think about this regularly because it hurts me in my core.
i look into his eyes and all i can think about is how he never could have dreamed what would happen to him. he probably didnt expect to grow old at all and then in adulthood he was faced with more doom than he could have ever guessed of.
i could say the same thing about jayce. i look at him and i cant imagine having him suffer through the cycle over and over.
they were bound together from the start, inexplicably intertwined in the arcane. and yet i look back at season one and they never couldve dreamed what they had created.
i hate them, i hate them, they are terrible for my health and i hate them. my life is ruled by thinking about jayvik and crying.
as a person in a t4t relationship, t4t jayvik means the world to me.

Anyone else notice how dim viktors eyes look in the new season like
And it's like this for nearly every other shot
Compared to his eyes in s1
And he's rlly out of character too
And sure that could be the trauma of EVERYTHING that's happened
But I feel like it's more than that
The hexcore is controlling him obviously so maybe we'll see him try to fight against it??
I really hope he does bc I don't think the whole magic arcane Jesus thing is really working for me tbh
OR if he doesn't manage to get free of the hexcore maybe he decides to lean into it by baking himself even more robotic buy powered by hextech or whatever the new equivalent would be
I've also been thinking maybe he'll start upsetting the chem barrens?? But it seems kinda unlikely
I had some major plot points spoilt for me abt s2 and I won't say any of them here but OMFG IM SO EXCITEDDDD

Kinda hope we get a callback to the "it's viktor" line or jayce's "he's like a brother to me" in season 2 yk
Like viktor has all the machine heraldy stuff on and jayce says something like "ive never even met you" or "who/what are you" and viktor takes the mask off and it's like it's viktor
Or maybe the reveal happens through someone else to jayce. Like jayce asks if they know who's doing all of this and an enforcer (maybe caitlyn??) goes "it's viktor"
And I'd like them to do something with the brothers line because to me, that really screams vander and silco, and since we're probably getting more development for them maybe we'll see more of viktor and jayce in how they used to be, not just vi and jinx (still love them tho).
Like I know a lot of people really don't like that line because it gets in the way of jayvik, and if it were in any other context I wouldn't like it, but with all the sibling drama in arcane and all of the parallels between specifically siblings or sibling adjacent I feel like it's setting something up
We're just not sure what that is yet
I think viktor also really needs to start interacting with more characters because if jayce and silco can meet then viktor can talk to more than the same 5 people (and that's a bit of a stretch)

Something something Jayce having a one-eye-covered motif throughout the second season… something something it being in the new intro and the corrupted statue on the alternate dimension… something something ever since Viktor came out of the Hexcore he appeared to have his eyes open but his followers eyes became blank and blind whenever he took control… something something he believed himself to be enlightened but was projecting his own view onto the world… something something Viktor’s mask half-melted away in the final act to reveal the eye which Jayce had covered in other scenes… something something Viktor and Jayce weren’t able to see from the same perspectives but ultimately when their views were brought together they finally found a way to pull their paths back together through affection

My friend watched another episode of Arcane. She was talking about Jayce and Mel sleeping together saying it isn't right to sleep with your investments or just romantically involved in general. I was wearing my knife wife bracelet and she said kanej is different. She loves Jinx but hates Powder which is kinda weird.
My friend is know watching Arcane (this is the same on that watched dead boy detectives) and when I was asking her about the characters today she called Heimerdinger "the mouse". I kid you not, I was rolling laughing. She in picking up the gayness of Jayce and Viktor, said they were both ace, love to see more ace rep. She also hates Powder, so 😒. She is only up to episode 3. So 15 more to go and a lot more pain.
