Do the female characters ever feel like 'satellite love interests' to you in PJO and HOO? I'm talking mainly about Annabeth, Hazel and Piper?

I'd have to go back and reread the books to answer this because I haven't read them in a few months.

pjo I do think it's annoying that we never got to see much of Annabeth outside of Percy it would have been interesting to see more of her platonic friends and her life also Piper being obsessed with Jason was annoying as hell I don't blame her for it but it was annoying not sure about Hazel I have to reread it for her
