Mei and Mk are shown on screen both with transgender pride flag patches on their arm. Mei is holding a phone in her hand and looks concerned.
Mei asks, " Hey, Mk? Where's Redson?"
MK says, "They said that he'd catch up to us." "I think she's at her 'T' appointment."

The concern on Mk's and Mei's face increase.
Mei asks, "Wait, didn't he have his 'e' appointment last week?"
Mk says, "You don't think..."

Redson is sitting with their legs crossed with a smug look on their face. In the top left corner, it reads "AT THE DOCTORS."
Redson thinks, "I'm going to have all the genders* for the honor of the Great demon bull king."
