Ahhh I need to sleep but the overarching feeling of extintional doom has descended so now I just have to lie in a ball and constantly my pulse to make sure I am definitely alive

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa it hurts and not in a good way not like stepping out of my comfort zone or the burn after the gym but internally I feel like there’s a gaping hole in my chest but no one else can see it checking my pulse again
