I know a lot of people talk about the “ugliness” of 8th house synastry so I’m here to offer some of the lighter things I’ve noticed regarding this. I know several people who are in healthy, strong 8th house synastry relationships. My grandparents were together 50+ years, my grandfather’s Sun/Moon/Venus/Mercury were all in my grandmother’s 8th house.

- Can be profoundly deep and a soul-binding type of love.

- Many couples I know who have been together 20+ years have someone’s Sun and Mercury in the other’s 8th.

- That “I would die for you and kill for you.” type of love.

- Couples with this may sometimes have separation anxiety from each other.

- I’ve noticed there can be a telepathic/unspoken communication between the two.

- The sex can feel like a merging of two souls and like they’re bound together.

- Sometimes it feels like you know each other from somewhere.

- If there is a significant age gap, the older partner will want to deeply nurture the younger one. They might help them heal any deep emotional wounds.

- If both partners have Pluto influences in the natal, this relationship will likely lead to marriage quickly.

- Love exploring the mysterious, odd, and dark parts of life together.

- These relationships, with mature partners, can lead to both individuals becoming the best versions of themselves.

- I’ve found this can cause one of the partners dying of a broken heart if the other passes away. Four couples I know that died hours apart had a lot of 8th House Overlays.

- Couples living together might have dark home interiors. Dark couches, wood or other furniture combined with soft light.

- Unconditional love and understanding for each other. This can feel like a “you’re my lover but my best friend” relationship.

5) Virgo♍️: Tests that I haven’t revised for, doing presentations in front of the class (omfg I fucking hate doing them! I would rather cut grass with scissors), when the teacher picks me to answer a question I didn’t even put my hand up to😤 Negative people and surrounding make me nervous as well.

7) Pisces♓️: I have a lot of pet peeves but my top ones are:

- When ppl interrupt me and say what I was about to say then after they be like:

‘Oh sorry what were you about to say?’ Like bitch what is the point of asking me u already said it.

- People pleasers. People who try to impress someone to the point where they make themselves look like a fool like it’s honestly sad.

- Fake personas. People who act different around certain people or on social media piss me off.

8) Cancer♋️: It would look super modern like those Hollywood houses with loads of plants and flowers. I want my dream house to look like a forest outside (if you get what I mean lol) with loads of weird looking sofas.

9) Leo♌️: Honestly.....

I don’t have that much hobbies 😬 but I like going swimming (well now I can’t because of COVID) and going out and getting lost with my friends. I love singing and spending money on things I don’t need 🤷🏾‍♀️

10) Virgo♍️: No tbh....

11) Sagittarius ♐️: I don’t have one💀 and I have never been in a relationship (high school relationships don’t count). But my crush is an Aries 🥴

12) Capricorn ♑️: Japan because it looks soo developed especially at night. It looks like a whole other world.

13) Aquarius ♒️: BLM. I’m black and all I want for us black people is to get treated equally as others and to get the recognition we deserve because ppl like to take our culture and change it to their own which is not fair AT ALL. I just want to see my beautiful, powerful black brothers and sisters to win.

14) 12th house: my happy place would be in a place surrounded by beautiful greenery and the sun shining bright, illuminating my melanated skin and me being with the people that I am comfortable with.

15) 5th: I don’t really read as much 🥴 but one book that I remember loving was noughts and crosses. It’s about what it would be like if white people were minorities and black people were the ones with power.

16) 6th: I like a guy that is private and mysterious. I like a guy that looks scary 💀 but once you get to know him he is very sweet but still assertive and dominant. I also like a smart guy who won’t embarrass me in public.

17) 11th: kinks: BDSM, role plays, degradation (goes both ways), exhibitionism honestly I like it all except from the disgusting ones like feet and pissing🤢 On tumblr, a lot of astrology pages say that ppl with Pisces mars have a feet fetish but that’s not true at ALL (for me anyway). Turn ons: deep voices, intense eyes, mysterious aura and I have a weird thing with hands like...I just love veiny and huge hands 😭

18) 5th: I need money to improve my life 💀 honestly there are a lot of things that I want to improve in my life but they need money and a bitch is broke out here 😩

20) 10th: My future....... and sex🤷🏾‍♀️ like don’t u just have those moments where u are at a random place like school and all of a sudden u just think of some porn you watched or just sex? Just me?........ Ok 💀

21) 7th: being in a really intense connection with someone and struggling to get out of it. Relationships just scare me I’m general. I just don’t see myself being heartbroken over a guy and I don’t want to get cheated on.

My Own Astro Observations (Mars Placements)

Mars in Leo men are HOT! Mars in Capricorn as well 😊

It is true what they say about Gemini Mars-you will lose an argument with them!

Mars in Cancer..ugh, can’t stand them. Too oversensitive, moody, and crybabies. I feel like I have to always walk on eggshells when I’m around them.

Mars in Virgo really do try to perfect their movements, walk, work, handwriting..etc. lol

Mars in Scorpio are so vicious when angered. (I have 2 members of my family with that placement and I, myself have a Scorpio degree on my Mars.) 😦

Mars in Aquarius are the type to either naturally or TRY to look calm/cool when there’s a fight/disaster going on.

For some reason, I cannot stand my Mars in Aries cousin. 😐 Maybe because her Mars opposites my Libra moon, or the fact that she also has Mercury in Aries .

Mars in 3rd really do walk, type, text, think, talk, eat fast a lot. My other cousin and I have the same placement and people always comment on how we move, look or act alike.

I haven’t met a Mars in Taurus and Mars in Pisces . So, I can’t really make an opinion on those placements.

There are 4 elements Fire, Earth, Water, and Air corresponding to the 4 elements of planet Earth.

Within these 4 elements are 3 zodiac signs for each. Fire having Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius. Earth having Taurus, Capricorn, and Virgo. Water having Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces. Lastly Air having Aquarius, Libra, and Gemini.

Aside from each element group there are also 3 modalities which represents the zodiac signs qualities. Cardinal, Fixed, and Mutable.

Cardinal zodiac signs start a season. Cardinal being initiators. The 4 cardinal signs are Aries, Cancer, Capricorn, and Libra. Aries starts off the spring season, Cancer starts off the summer season, Libra starts the fall season, and Capricorn starts the winter season.

Fixed zodiac signs exemplify the season. Fixed being the doers. The 4 fixed signs are Leo, Aquarius, Scorpio, and Taurus. Leo’s carry out the summer season, Aquarius carry out the winter season, Scorpio’s carry out the fall season, and Taurus carry out the spring season.

Mutable zodiac signs end off the season. Mutable being adaptable or subject to change. The 4 mutable signs are Virgo, Sagittarius, Gemini, and Pisces. Virgo ends the summer season, Sagittarius ends the fall season, Gemini ends the spring season, and Pisces ends the winter season.

As someone with a cancer mars I keep getting attracted to/obsessed with cancer rising men and it needs to stop!!!

As a Pluto dom and Saturn conjunct the MC I never found stuff like this funny I take embarrassment seriously and like others have been saying someone who loves you wouldn't try to embarrass you. I started thinking and I'm not the type to approach people, friends kinda come easily to me not to say I always had *a lot* of friends but I always had at least one because people just come to me. Especially when I was younger. And since getting into astrology and learning about magnetic placements I realized this might be why I get approached more. I think me and my sister are so much alike because we have Gemini moons. People used to say we looked alike when we we're younger and we're very close.
