In NYC in the past month we’ve had hurricanes, floods, power outages, etc. Yesterday, the rain was so bad that the subway stairs looked like waterfalls and today the wind blew down powerlines all over the Bronx lol

and the thing is new york almost never has extreme weather I mean it gets cold but hurricanes have just like passed by ever since Sandy and Katrina and we get flood warnings but nothing ever happens I mean except for Snowstorm Avery a few years back we’ve been all fine and dandy
