Almost forgot to post these lil chibis here hehe
It was my birthday today! I only got a half hour left of it over here- But it was super fun! I finally got a new tablet so expect new art from me a lot more often!
New character time! And whole new universe/story!
Species: Legend Guardian (VARIANT: THE RABBIT IN THE MOON) Gender: Male (He/Him) Sexuality: Asexual Demiromantic Height: 5'5" Voice Claim: ?
In a universe where becoming a legend is regarded as the best thing a person can become, there has to be a way for them to become a legend. In order to become a legend, people must journey to another plane where many trials await. If they pass the trials, they become legends- though stories that may or may not have actually happened on their journey. Though, they must live in this plane for the rest of time. Lest their stories be forgotten. If they fail their trials.... They die.
Tutorial's duty to this plane is to greet and, well, tutorialize those who come to the plane of the legends. Show them how to fight, how to survive, and how the plane works. However, Tutorial.... doesn't have a great track record.
There have been no new legends in years, because all have perished in the first area that Tutorial presides over. Not because Tutorial wants them to, but because the enemies are so difficult and the "heroes" were never ready for it to be so hard.
Tutorial has become jaded, sarcastic, and not really attentive of those who have come to try because of this. Why try? Why become connected and attached to the hero, when they will inevitably fail? Tutorial won't admit it, but he's become lonely and thinks himself terrible for failing so much....
But a hero will come one day, and seemingly pass the enemies with ease. Tutorial will become increcingly angry and upset at this. If they pass through to the next area.... What does that say about all the fallen friends Tutorial has watched die over the years? And what.... What does it say about Tutorial himself? That he failed them so much?
New gem for my replace all canon gems with ocs au! Original design by @pocket-gems ; with a few tweaks from me!
This is Angelite, the manager of Pink Diamond’s human zoo. The zoo, within this au, is a bit of an oddity. All the gems housed within are experimental gem types that Pink Diamond herself concepted. She only ever got to see one of them emerge before she was “shattered”. These gems teeter an odd line; technically are under Blue Diamond, but no Diamond wishes to claim them since they’re Pink’s.
Angelite is not one of these gems.
Angelite was born with a permafrost defect, a defect which can erase things that their gem type would usually have. Whether it be their standard form being totally different from what they would normally have. missing abilities that they would normally have (as seen with Brimstone), having a different coloration than normal, or loosing their base coding entirely so they’re barren like Amethyst. This defect cannot erase standard abilities like fusing or the like however. Most permafrost gems are tested for usefulness before being judged for shattering. Angelite was born lucky, simply being a different color than the average Angelite. She was quickly put to work.
Angelites usually work under Blue Diamond to poison and kill any organic matter they touch. This Angelite quickly rose through the ranks, showing initiative in her duties - and going above and beyond. Even going as far as to poison entire planets herself.
Angelite grabbed the attention of Blue Diamond with her hard work. She became part of Blue’s personal court. Angelite dreamed of more, maybe even finding a place in the coveted open spot of Blue Diamond’s right hand....
And then Pink was shattered.
Blue Diamond quickly scooped up the gem who Pink Diamond created that actually met her, Bitch Crystal, for her right hand spot. A gem who actually knew her, who carried a piece of Pink and was created by Pink was just what she needed in that time. And, Blue shoved Angelite to the side to watch over the Pink Diamond zoo, the humans, and the other Pink Diamond gems.
Angelite grew bitter and angry. In her eyes, everything she was working for was stolen by this... this.... joke of a gem! She hates Bitch Crystal (not that he makes it hard to hate him), these stupid Pink Diamond gems, this stupid zoo, and longs for the days she’s lost. She’d do anything to win favor with the Diamonds again. Even do this stupid job she is above, or try to woo Bitch Crystal to make a legal mixed gem fusion and become Blue Diamond’s right hand like she always dreamed that way.
Today's stupid question is, what happened to Tutu Pearl?
well my adhd said "hey here's another thing to focus on now. have fun."
the next "chapter" would have involved her being "babysat" by bismuth.
Redesign fo an oc I wanna work with more; Bow Performance!
Bow Performance is a cartoon, much like Sinensis and Fun Solver. Only, he is very aware he is imaginary. And, is aware of what his "story" is. And he desperately wants to avoid it.
Bow keeps his own storybook with him at all times, just in case his author decides to change something. Bow's actual name is not Bow Performance. However, he much prefers it like this. Separating himself from his story at all lengths.
He cannot remove his hood, or his bow upon his throat. They're part of him, just like his snake tail is. Speaking of, the snake is poisonous and will attack if necessary.
Bow does not like Sinensis or Fun Solver, very much hating the duo's "carefree" exterior attitude and the fact that they don't have to deal with avoiding everything that makes them up like he does/
Bow is a very bitter person, not at all the comedic or fun-loving creature that you would expect out of a cartoon. He doesn't want to leave openings or relax at all, lest his horrible tale slip into his life somehow.
Bow uses he/him pronouns.
Man it’s been a while since I posted any sanders sides stuff, huh?
So I had this dream the other night, pretty much right after Crofters part 2 aired. The dream was brief, but the concept was there.
Roman had ducked out (quack), leaving Thomas unable to summon any of the normal sides. It was his creativity that caused him to put a face to aspects of his personality, after all. He tried Roman first, then Logan, then Patton, then Virgil, even Janus, until finally he tried Remus.
Remus was the only one summonable. He explained it was likely Roman ducked out, And Thomas needed a game plan. Lest he loose his spark all to create together and loose Remus too.
Remus had a solution, but it might not be favorable in Thomas’s eyes. In order to help Thomas create a game plan, he needed his aspects. The only way to get his aspects was for Remus to try his hand at creating them. They would be different, Remus warned, Not the sides Thomas was used to. They would be how Remus saw the different aspects of Thomas. Hidden parts of those aspects that Thomas shoved away.
Thomas agreed. That was when the dream ended, but I found myself wanting to concept these Remus versions of the sides.
Grey is Remus;s vision of Morality, very different from the lovely Patton we know and love. He’s got a more, well, grey view on morality. That not all decisions have a black and white, right and wrong answer. That there is little purpose to try being good in a world full of such terrible negativity and badness. But, that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t try anyway. Because, at his core, Thomas is a good person. Resulting in Grey wanting to try anyway. Even if he doesn’t see much reason in it.
I’ll do more of these versions of the sides if people are interested!
A few design notes:
Grey is not wearing his jacket normally. Rather, it is draped over his shoulders.
I gave Grey a black and white color scheme to symbolize the generalized idea of a black and white mindset. And gave him the name of Grey to symbolize his thoughts on all that.
Grey has a friendship bracelet on his right wrist, decked in the colors of the other sides. He still loves them all, a softy at heart. Despite the melancholy attitude.
Grey’s necklace is his emblem. A yin/yang skull.
He does not wear the sunglasses on his head as actual eye protection ever. They’re just fashionable.
He almost always has a lollipop of various flavors. It generally changes depending upon his mood. He also has a stash of other candy in his coat pockets.
It’s not shown here, but he has a small gap between his two front teeth!
I had this dream that actually gave me a really good concept for new characters
Percival “Percy” Peridot Hudson is your average human. The only child of a divorced mother, Percy is a smart child who has buried himself in his studies ever since his parent’s divorce at a young age. He pushes everyone away, and has very few friends. The friends he does have, aren’t terribly close to him either.
This changes when his mother very suddenly remarries a mysterious bachelor and they must move to a new neighborhood.
Percy is yanked from his comfortable, mundane life in the suburbs and placed into a new school. A school that only has hybrids. Half humans, half elves, half fae, etcetera. Many mixed fantasy races roam this school. And Percy just became the first human in the school’s history.
Percy must go through his high school years in this very odd school, having to unlearn stereotypes and stigmas humans have about various species.
He makes actually close friends during this time. One of which is the half swamp fae, half vampire Turnip Foxglove Daisymount. He teaches Percy to relax and let go of his need to be perfect at everything. Percy teaches Turnip that normal is okay sometimes.
Percy is a trans male who uses he/him pronouns and Turnip is a demiboy who uses he/they pronouns.
AAAA my baby!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
