I’m waiting for certain fandoms to realize that these two men are based on the same historical person.
And that is this man.
Or is it known but just ignored?
AKA — One interpretation made him sexy. The other Jonathan Groffed him/Lin Manueled (Man-uel Handled???) him.
"Well into the 1920s Missy still kept a crystal ball given to her by George from his courting days. And whenever she handled it, an enigmatic smile lit up her face"
"Queen Mary took a big interest in the upbringing of her granddaughters, Elizabeth and Margaret. Their own parents thought it unnecessary for them to have a strong educational regime, so Mary felt it was up to her to educate the young princesses by taking them to art galleries and museums"
Today is Queen Mary' 71th death anniversary. She passed away on march 24, 1953 at the age of 85, in Marlborough House, London (same house where George V was born)
Rare photo of George V in 1913
(I hope King Charles III will release one day rare photos of his ancestors, especially of George and Mary, and why not, their home movies too)

POSTCARD FROM EMPRESS ALEXANDRA FEODOROVNA, JAN 1905
Postcard with a small illustration of a horse drawn carriage. It was sent to the Prince of Wales, later King George V, by Empress Alexandra Feodorovna on behalf of herself and her husband, Emperor Nicholas II.
The message reads : 'Jan. 1/13. 1905. Darling Georgie, Nicky & I thank you & dear May ever so much for the charming books. It is so sad that we never meet now! We are remaining in the country this winter, as the air is so much better here than in town & Nicky can get out easier for walks here. With fondest love from us both to you two. Ever, Georgie dear, yr loving old cousin Alix'.

Juliet Man Ray nee Browner
After dinner we went to a night club where some of the best jazz of the period was being played. We danced. Juliet was like a feather in my arms.

“I saw Princess Catherine's post within less than an hour of posting, I was so happy to see the post. And most of to see that she didn't lose her hair! She has the most beautiful thick hair! It looked so great in the video she did announcing her cancer, but I was afraid she'd lose it, but she hasn't!” - Submitted by Anonymous
