I absolutely love the Lunar × Pollux and Caster or Lunar × Gemini ship, however it's suppose to be read as idk the ship name, because of the healthy vee poly reputation it can be and I really hope it becomes canon in the show

Before i could even watch the jack became a pumpkin episode, i was jumpscared by an art of mpreg moon(solarmoon ship) in moon's character tag. That ruined that episode for me before I could even watch it. I know people have kinks and fetishes but at least keep it out of the character's tag PLEASE. Just put it in your ship tag. My transmasc self and my trans girlfriend didn't need to see that triggering shit. The artist didn't even have the decency to tag it properly

I have a suspicion that the whole Sun drinking wine thing in the show was to cause amusement at the idea that he was now the mom with cats relaxing in a nice house with a good book and a glass of wine in him hands. But viewers took it so badly (Moon didn't help either, but he already has a long history of misinterpreting and underestimating his siblings, especially Sun) that he became something that even had to be talked about in therapy sessions. Ugh I understand that the topic of alcohol may not be something that many want to see but you have to learn to differentiate between a joke on a channel FOR CHILDREN/TEENS and something really serious. Relax dudes.

Sometimes, I get a bit aggravated when I hear people say things along the lines of "OMG, I can't believe [X character] said this about [insert favorite character]! Why would the writers say that when they are the ones writing the character!?"

Like... yeah, it's the character saying that... not the writers or VAs'. Just because a character says something about a different character doesn't mean that the VA or the writers feel that way. It's just in character.

Like I'm a writer, and when I have an antagonist, yeah, my protagonists are probably gonna talk shit about them. Does that mean I hate said antagonist? No! Honestly, that in actuality it means I love them.

I find it absolutely fucking hilarious that we call Eclipse the wet cat when he is probably one of the only celestial who haven't cried. Lunars cried, Earth's cried, Sun and moon have cried, and then there's Eclipse. He's not shed a SIIINGLE tear. Cackle worthy.

Never going to stop talking about the harassment that those SolarMoon shippers did to artists like me who never said anything about the ship and just drawing canon celestial family because people in this fandom were quick to sweep it under the rug. Yes I'm salty as fuck that there were only a few people who acknowledged that we didn't deserve that harassment, while the rest blamed us for "being complacent to the hate" because we like to draw the canon family dynamic of the show. Are we not allowed to draw or write a fic about the canon family in the show anymore? Because it makes us perpetuate the hate for that ship when WE(the non shippers who never said a thing about the ship) weren't even involved in that hate train. NOT ALL WHO DOESN'T SHIP THAT SHIP HATES IT. But because of the harassment we received, we might as well actually grow to hate it.

I just wanna say I’m very aware that there are a lot of people outside the sun and moon fandom, who headCanon them as brothers. I’ve been aware of how common in this head canon is.

The thing is, a decent chunk of the people who harass sun and moon shippers are probably from the sun and moon show fandom, because the way they stated it is almost like it’s a fact. I am aware not all the people who harassed sun X moon shippers are in the fandom, but a lot of them are.

I’m not blaming the entire community for it, I am aware that it’s not the entire community, I just wanted to bring this up because this is one of the few large things in the daycare attendant fandom that has them solely as brothers and a lot of the people that get on the case of celestial boyfriend shippers claim sun and moon are brothers.

I’m an avid SolRuin shipper, and I have a small group of friends who ship it too. I feel like the writers killed Solar to stop the fans from shipping solruin, so does that group I’m in (we dont go out and harass people, we mainly joke about it and refuse to let the ship die) and honestly, Ruin killing Solar was what sold me on the ship. Like yes, he killed him, but that lack of emotion, it isn’t even a lack of emotion, it’s the mask of emotion. It just jenfjsnsnfhrjbs

solarmoon debate is very funny to me cause we have like four factions here.

The people who don't like it because its basically incest. A very understandable and respectable take!

The people who don't like it because it disrespects the canon sexuality of characters and even more so, a sexuality that is rarely represented. Yet another respectable and understandable take.

The people who just dont care and just want to ship whatever for whatever reasons. For some reasons, it can be a respectable and understandable take and for other reasons i would recite Henry's speech in reaction.

The people who are accidentally getting into the selfcest debate. You cant have the selfcest debate on the onceler website. Stop.

Angst is fun and see the characters however you want, but if you are hoping that Sun will s/h in canon out of SPITE to prove other fans "wrong" for believing that Sun is doing better that is fucking yikes. You don't want it for the angsty plot line or to see Sun's issues get addressed seriously, you're upset other people aren't interpreting Sun's actions the same way and don't treat your darker/depressive interpretation as canon.

I really wish we had more interactions with Monty and Lunar. I thought it was so cute how Monty was the only outsider to actually care for Lunar early on. Yes, he did threaten him at first, but it's Monty, what do you expect?

I really liked the duality they both had. But I also understand why they (the show runners) distanced themselves from that. Because when Earth came into the picture, she was going to be Montys' love interest. So it would be odd if Monty was like a father figure to Lunar, who also dated his sister. So I definitely get why they changed that! This isn't a riff on the show writers!

But hypothetically, if Earth wasn't, Montys love interest. I would think it would be cute if he acted like Lunars father figure, like how he was early on.

(P.s: This isn't a dis on Earth I love her).
