I laughed way too hard at this

Some pain killers and a healing bag, and make sure you don’t tense up in you body, but take deep breath and relax.

And if you don’t have a heating bag, then you can use a sock and fill it with rice, then In the microwave for a minute or two. It might be quit warmed, so you can put a shirt around it, but make sure you can feel the warm.

The heating bag/sock can also be used for back an other places it hurts:-)
