"I know you're awake," Whumper whispered, digging their sharp fingernails into Whumpee's cut. Whumpee screamed, every muscle in their body tensing at the pain and Whumper's touch.

"Knew it," Whumper smirked, turning away.

Doctor having to enter in casual/private/plain clothes, because whumpee shows such a viscerally negative reaction to anyone in a coat/med clothing.

Maybe they thought about restraining whumpee, but the struggling would reopen wounds. Or they thought about sedating whumpee, but the sedative would interact negatively with the plethora of other medications whumpee is already taking.

Or maybe they just decided that a change of clothes is the most humane thing to do.

”you can just make an oc” you dont understand anything. the character needs to mutate naturally until unrecognizable. like all evolutionary processes it takes time. you can’t force it or it doesn’t take. you must endure weird ooc thematically discordant versions of a guy until they bud off into beautiful new life. have patience
