Why is everyone trying to force a shift?? Like literally everywhere I see it's 'I'll shift tonight' or 'I'll lock in and shift' or 'I didn't shift yesterday but I will tonight' like? You know you can rest yeah? You don't have to 'go' so bad. The moment you think of shifting to your drs is the moment you've shifted. Do you even know how shifting works? I mean can we just relax? What's such a hurry to change the physical plane? Yes I know you miss your s/o, your friends and your family there but continuously hoping but not understanding how things work is not going to get you anywhere.

Get out of your own way. You don't need anything to shift. Shifting is your nature. You're shifting every moment because you're changing your awareness every moment. I can say from experience that moment you want something your subconscious knows. Do you know that your mind knows what you want? Do you know that you don't have to 'try' to do anything? Do you know that you just have to know now you have it? Do you know? Do you?

I'm seriously so sick of people saying they're gonna shift doing this or doing that. I understand if methods help you. I'm not trying to shame you for that. But the problem is when you wake up in your cr again your sweetass thinks that you didn't shift. LIKE WHAT.

You shifted the moment you thought of shifting. Say it with me SHIFTING IS CHANGING AWARENESS ONLY. The moment you claim that you've shifted, YOU'VE SHIFTED!!!!

Stop with the 'my surroundings didn't change', 'I didn't feel any symptoms' or 'I didn't try to shift'. Do you try to shift when you change your awareness from looking at your hands to looking at your feet? Did you try anything here? You didn't right? Do you try to shift when you change your awareness from one thought to another? Did you try anything here? Did you?

When you know that awareness is the only thing that matters, then why the fuck are you looking in the physical plane? Your reality is YOU. You haven't 'physically shifted' yet because you didn't shift internally!! There is no secret to shifting. Just know that you're in your dr (because you are!). That's it. That's literally it. You don't have to pretend anything. Just know the truth.

There is no need to do any method while going to sleep. There is no need to connect to your dr. You're already in your dr you can't connect more than that. In your mind exists literally every reality ever. You're already connected to every reality. There is no need to force yourself to feel any emotion regarding shifting. There is no need to affirm throughout the day. There is no need to gaslight yourself into thinking you're already there when your awareness is here.

You have you let your physical plane be. Stop fighting with the 3D. Stop fighting with yourself. It will pass through you when you let it. Your reality will change when you let it.

Your only job is to know that you already exist in your dr and that you're there. Everything else will shift on it's own because it's you. You just have to shift internally, you just have to know. Shifting is as easy as breathing. Every single breath you take is also a shift. It is super easy to do. Stop being in your own way.

Let every thought pass. Let every feeling pass. The knowing is stronger than any thought, any emotion. Stop looking outside of you when the reason it even exists is YOU.

There are no circumstances

What makes you think that you can't have it? Your so called unique circumstances? What makes you think that they won't change? Actually the question is what makes you think that if you can manifest these circumstances so perfectly then why not manifest exactly what you want?

Everything in your life, whether you know about the law of assumption or not, was made by you. It's like the law of gravity. The apple that falls from your hand is gonna drop to the ground no matter if you know about gravity or not. That's just how the law works. If you can imagine it you can have it. When you imagined not having/getting scared/being nervous about not having it you were just reaffirming that belief into your life. You were just assuming more on how this is the way things are and this is the way it would be. Things could be the way it is because how you were brought up or how things have always been. But knowing the law now, you can choose to change. You can choose to change your thoughts now and here. This is not a one time solution for certain things you want. This is your life. This is how you should be living.

Even if you quit because you just can't seem to manifest what you want, it just means you're accepting you can't have it because you don't have it at the moment right? So basically you're just manifesting perfectly on not having it. You get that right? It's alright if you don't want to but I wish you'd understand how easy it is -

You either have it or you don't. That's it. You can choose to understand that it's already done or you can choose to think that the circumstances are too bad and you can't have it. Either way you're exactly right. You're gonna have exactly what you say.

The law of assumption doesn't mean you get what you want. It means that you get what you think/assume you have. If you can understand this, there is nothing in this Universe that can stop you from getting everything you want.

HWANG Method - Entering The Void

Entering the void, astral projection, and lucid dreaming are completely natural experiences. They are not something foreign to you but rather innate abilities that have always been within you, waiting to be remembered. All you need is concentration, faith, and practice.

Each person may experience this process differently, but the key is to trust that the void is your natural state. You don’t have to force anything—just allow it to happen.

Step 1: Deep Relaxation

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. You can be lying down, sitting, or in any position that feels comfortable to you.

Close your eyes and start breathing slowly and deeply. As you inhale and exhale, mentally repeat affirmations that help you release stress and relax your body:

"I am so relaxed."

"My body feels as light as a feather."

"I release all the stress of the day."

"Each breath takes me deeper."

"Tonight, I will enter the void."

"I will detach from my physical body and explore beyond it."

It’s not just about repeating words—it’s about feeling what you are affirming. Your intention is the key that unlocks the door to the void.

Step 3: Affirmations of Connection

Now that your intention is set, start affirming your presence in this natural state. Repeat mentally or out loud:

"I AM."

"I am pure consciousness."

"This is my natural state."

"Being in the void is natural for me."

"I AM the void."

"I AM power."

"There is no separation between me and the all."

These affirmations should feel authentic. Even if, at first, it seems like you’re just repeating words, over time, you will start to believe them and experience them as truth.

Imagine that each affirmation is like a key unlocking new dimensions within you.

Symptoms (or Lack of Symptoms) During the Transition

As you enter this state, you may begin to feel physical and energetic sensations. Some of them may include:

A feeling of extreme heaviness or absolute lightness

Vibrations throughout your body

A sensation of falling or floating

A buzzing or ringing in your ears

Pressure in your head or chest

An increased heart rate

The feeling that something is "pulling" you away from your physical body

However, it is also possible to enter the void without experiencing any symptoms at all. Some people transition smoothly without physical sensations, simply finding themselves in the void effortlessly.

Both experiences are valid—whether you feel sensations or not, trust that the process is working.

If any sensation becomes too intense, simply relax even more and surrender to the process.

Remember: the void is your natural state. There is nothing to fear.

Extra Tip

A useful trick to help detach from your physical body is to visualize your hands moving in your mind. Imagine yourself lifting them, touching your surroundings, feeling textures.

This technique can make it easier to separate and take the final step into the experience.

Additional Elements

If you wish, you can enhance the method with:

Relaxing music or ambient sounds

Subliminal audios with affirmation messages

Binaural frequencies that induce altered states of consciousness

There are no strict rules on what to use, but the most important thing is that your attention always returns to your breathing.

Final Advice

If at any moment you feel fear or uncertainty, remember that you are in control. The void is not something external—it is a part of you.

Trust the process.

Let go without forcing anything.

Remember that this is natural for you.

Once you complete these steps, you will have entered the void. From there, you can experience the universe in ways you never imagined.

how do you know you are limited besides the thought that tells you so?

show me a limitation without thinking of it. if you can’t, what must that mean? (hint: that every limitation is just a thought = thoughts pass = impermanent = not real)

limitlessness is not a feeling. it is your true nature. you are an inherently limitless being pretending to be limited. you are making up illusory limitations for yourself, then believing in them, then asking how to be free of them.

i think many people may not have been able to shift because when attempting they subconsciously start checking the physical plane. "are my surroundings changing? am i in my dr room? am i feeling any symptoms?"

this action just shows that you don't trust yourself, that you still don't believe that shifting is within you.

allow me to explain:

we have been shifting ever since we got out of our mothers' wombs. existing = shifting. the difference is that now you're aware of that, but essentially, you HAVE shifted before. countless times. shifting IS within you.

so, why is that, when attempting, your first instinct is to check your surroundings & look for symptoms? in other words, look for any sort of reassurance that you are shifting. and then panic and feel discouraged when you don't find it.

that's the problem. you have been shifting for years and years now, every decision you made was a shift. AND, whenever you made a decision, you didn't look for reassurance or proof of that decision happening, did you?

moving your consciousness to an alternative reality is the same, it's a decision. you just need to trust yourself, because you know you've done it before, so why wouldn't you be able to do it now?

when you trust yourself, you're letting your mind simply step into something that has always existed. like when your eyes blink without you questioning it. when you're walking and your legs are moving without you questioning it. you re letting it know it's a decision. you're certain of it. there's no "why?" or "how?", there's no "proof" either.

so, next time you attempt, lay down or whatever, and KNOW you are in your desired reality. just let go. let your mind fully acknowledge that you are there. trust yourself by simply knowing.

that's it. that's literally all you need.

so I permashifted…

So I Permashifted…

To preface this is just my experience and the understanding I have of consciousness and shifting based on what I have personally experienced. If something does not resonate with you then don’t do it. Only follow advice that works for you. Whenever my last post was, I decided that I wanted to permashift. I felt like I had said everything that I wanted to and I was at a good place. So I did my routine to permashift. Methods really aren’t needed for shifting but I like doing them I find it fun. ⬇️

1. I listened to my favorite playlists and thought about all the places I was going to shift to. My family, my friends, my favorite place, memories and things. While I did this I tidied up around me so I could feel clean and at peace. Because I just can’t focus in a mess it makes me feel dirty and ashamed. But that’s just me.

2. So after that I drank some water, took a shower and washed my face. Then I looked over my script and watched scenes from my favorite shows.

3. Then I laid down on my floor and listened to my playlist for permashifting. I got comfortable and I kind of envisioned in transferring my consciousness into my other self. I don’t look that different but it was more about just assuming it completely. I kind of visualized that a wormhole thread connected to both of my selves was importing my consciousness to my desired one. I started seeing memories like I scripted and kept feeling I was spinning. Then I just started hearing sounds and shifted there.

So I Permashifted…

After I did that I woke up like usual right where I left off in my third dr. I didn’t even remember this reality anymore and I was completely there. I continued living that life and two others after that. So I feel like it’s been a long long long time for me even though it’s been a couple of days here. It didn’t feel any different than when I shift normally but even terrible stuff that happened didn’t make me shift back out of fear. Like sometimes when I’m in danger in my dr, I shift back out of fear. That didn’t happen. After I died in my third life, I woke up in my waiting room. I wasn’t scripting or anything just taking a break. In all my drs I scripted in a black cat that’s kind of like the Coraline cat where he only talks in my waiting room and can’t in heaven or my other lives. I call him Ryuk but he’s just such an interesting individual to know. I didn’t really scripted much else then he was like the Coraline cat but he’s definitely not the same cat.

His explanation for why he can talk is that he is a consciousness and likes to have different lives and experiences. I do think that there are very likely other species that have consciousness like us and can shift as well. Because why not there are so many galaxies. Why would be the only ones who are sentient? Is he one? I don’t know but I find him good company anyways. So I was in the jungle at a treehouse on a property I was staying out and was rinsing off after I swam in the waterfall. He was just sitting on a nearby tree branch. The shower is kind of built into the tree if that’s hard to visualize. It’s made out of bamboo and placed onto branches. If that makes sense. In my waiting room, I do have the memory of all the lives I lived but not really that I shifted there unless I was prompted to. So me and him were just talking over lives we experienced and he suddenly mentioned this reality. And how long ago it all was. I kind of blanked because I had completely forgotten all about it. It’s kind of like thinking about your earliest memories l from kindergarten or something and it’s just foggy. You remember it but it’s very distant. And then he asked me, “Why don’t you want to be here? I thought all of this made you happy?” And I was kind of confused because who wanted to be here. So I didn’t say anything. He continued on and asked me in a roundabout way, why I missed somewhere you were miserable and alone. And I told him how I felt guilty about not being grateful for everything my mom strived to give me and that I felt awful for leaving her behind. Then he told me she didn’t need me and I didn’t matter. I was really hurt by that because what do you mean I’m useless!!! But then it set in on me what he was trying to say. Just because I am not experiencing it doesn’t mean I’m not there. And I am not leaving them alone.

So I Permashifted…

That strangely made me feel so lot better. And he asked me why I wanted to shift to these realities in the first place. I told him it just felt like home and I was happier than I had ever been. And I thought about all the stuff that happened to me in my original reality and that I was glad that everything happened the way it did. I was glad that it all led to me shifting to have a better life. Because if I hadn’t been denied going to school, having no friends and being forced to spend almost every day in the house which resulted in ruined social skills I wouldn’t have wanted this. And it also helped me relieve that feeling of selfishness by my parents that told me it was wrong to live my own life. It wasn’t really about feeling grateful about what happened to me. It was more of me letting go my emotional connection to this reality that made me so hesitant to permashift. And it was something I needed to do. So I decided that I would shift to a reality like my original reality to formally let go of it. So now I shifted to this reality I’m in right now which is exactly like the one I was in before. To clear things up. You do not need to be grateful for your original reality to shift or manifest or do anything. Everything I just talked about was part of my journey to shift. Your journey will likely not look like mine.

So I’m honestly just going to take maybe three or four days clean stuff up around here. Make peace with leaving people I know albeit that’s not very many. But just making things more comfortable for me to permanently detach from this reality for good this time. If you have anything you want to ask me, a post I want to make put it in my inbox or messages before the 1st. I’ll answer it right away or put it in a queue. After I permashift, I likely won’t post anymore but probably will respond to comments. I notice when I shift I still use tumblr and sometimes respond but not post: I don’t know why — Happy shifting!
