Stop seeking. Start noticing.
That's all you have to 'do'. And before you ask me how to notice, there's no how to. You are always Noticing/Observing without any efforts. That's your innate nature. The truth. You've always been aware regardless of everything. But were you aware of being Aware? Now that's the question. That's where all of our pointers, point you to.
That's the only thing you need to "do" (Sorry for lack of better words) . It's effortless. Trust me. And before you overcomplicate this, let me add;
Noticing = Observing = Being aware = Just BE.
They're not different. Any thought, and I mean any thought you have doesn't matter. It's irrelevant. "I don't get it" is a thought, "I'm still waiting..." is a thought. "Life's so unfair.." is a thought. Everything, no matter what happens and whatever thoughts come up. Let them be.
Just notice and let it be. Know, and have faith that you're beyond it all. Because you ARE. You're free.
There's no where to be. There's nothing to achieve. There's nothing to do. And there's no person to do it.
Just BE. And Notice. Be aware.
Noticing is the innate energetic effect of Infinite Radiance. Noticing is not exercised from a "me" or from a "person". Even if you want to stop noticing, you can't do so because noticing cannot be turned off. During the natural process of unstoppable noticing, it will automatically reveal that "a me" or "a person" is just a concept imagined by the Mind rather than a concrete existence. It will automatically reveal that you will never be able to find a concrete existence named as "a me" or "a person", let alone "others". - Being_Is_IT on Twitter.
Ps:- It's not a method. Just something you've always been doing, without being aware and getting too indulged with the illusion. And this is a pointer, pointing you to notice this simple thing.
By “holding something in awareness” do you mean imagining/thinking about it?
Don't imagine, be AWARE of its current existence. I don't mean imagining it; to call something imagined is indirectly acknowledging it as unreal.
Awareness of its current existence is key here. Yes, you "imagine" it, but the difference is having the knowing that it's actually real and not a daydream. Just acknowledge that it's here, because once you're aware of it, it exists instantly.

I loved this realitywarpingg post. I remember when I first saw it, I screenshotted it to save it. For awhile now I've been trying to do what he does though, and say appear to materialize as he says, but when I say appear, nothing actually happens? Why is that? Do I need to fix the way I am thinking? I just don't know why it does not work for me
This is what he said after that post
you're not "fantasising" about your "dr" you're thinking about your life. you're already there. it's all already yours.
Someone asked me if " '' has any method, practice, or way to make XYZ appearances show up as they'd like—and the answer might be simpler than you'd think.
" " doesn’t operate through methods, steps, or tricks because there is nothing outside it that needs to be achieved. Whatever is perceived, noticed, felt—no matter the appearance—is just " " showing itself, in real time, right here and now. There's no delay, no waiting for some ultimate experience, because each experience is the " " you’re looking for with no end, in every moment.
The mind's narrative, its ideas of waiting, achieving, resisting, this, that, are just part of the play, a dream within the dream. Nothing the mind produces is an obstacle or an enemy; it’s simply another appearance within " ", just like everything else. Think of it like watching a movie: each scene appears in perfect clarity on the screen. You might get caught up in the story, but the screen itself is never altered, changed, or delayed by the movie’s plot. The mind’s impressions are no different—just flickers on the infinite screen of " ".
This is the playful nature of " ": no barriers, no steps, no 'outside' and no 'inside'—only the endless play of itself, appearing however it appears.
Readers often describe feeling trapped in a loop: searching, chasing, doing more to get somewhere. Hoping for progress, proof, or an improvement that justifies all the effort. But here’s the real question:
Has it brought you anywhere?
Take a moment. How long have you been seeking? Months? Years? Have you "found" anything, or is it just more seeking, more questions, more frustration? You run in circles, chasing shadows, hoping the next practice, insight, or realization will be "it."
It’s not wrong to feel this way, but consider this: the very act of searching implies you think there’s something missing—something you lack that needs to be attained. But what if the assumption itself is flawed? What if the one seeking is the very illusion you’re trying to unpack?
Let’s step back and look at the nature of a "dream".
When "you" seem to "dream" at night, no matter what the "dream" looks like—whether it’s exciting, terrifying, or mundane—"who/what" is always "present"? Who is there in every "dream"? And how do you even know it’s a "dream"? You can feel sensations arising, hear the sounds, and even "think" within the "dream". Sounds familiar, no?
Now look deeper: where is the dream coming from? What gives it its apparent existence? When the dream ends, where does it go? And in those moments of so-called deep sleep, when you say, "I didn’t dream at all," how do you know that gap was even there? What remains?
In every dream, there’s an undeniable Knowing—a "presence" that holds it all, isn't there? The dream is fleeting, but the Knowing of it isn’t. It’s there whether the dream is "vivid", "faint", or "absent" altogether. And that same knowing is "present" now, reading these words, isn't it? You don't have to use any thoughts to notice.
So.. what are you really searching for? The next “aha” moment? A tangible shift? Something to confirm, “Yes, now I’ve got it”? But who would "get it"?
All there is, is this—this effortless "awareness" in which everything arises and disappears.
All seeking starts to dissolve when you see that what you’re looking for isn’t "out there." It’s the same presence that’s already aware of the seeking, the frustration, and the loop itself. Just like in a dream, you’re chasing answers without realizing you’re the space in which the entire dream unfolds.
Here’s the thing: I can tell you this over and over again, and I can write endless words about it, but at the end of the day, you have to see it. Nothing I say or anyone else says will make it clearer to you than seeing it directly.
Think of it like this: imagine I tell you about the taste of a "Tsampa" (tibetan foodstuff). Let me try to describe it—Tsampa has a simple, earthy taste—kind of nutty and a little smoky because it’s made from roasted barley. It’s pretty dry on its own, but when you mix it with butter tea (bo cha) or milk (or water), it turns into a creamy porrdige that’s super satisfying.
Do you now know how it tastes based off of this short description? No matter how much anyone tries to describe it, you wouldn’t really know what it’s like until you actually try it yourself. You might feel like you “get it,” but until you actually taste Tsampa (-Porridge) for yourself, it’s all just words. The actual direct experience is yours to have, and words will never compare to it.
It’s the same here. Look at the loop you feel stuck in. Look at the dreamlike nature of every experience. Look at what’s behind the looking itself. And notice: the seeking, the searching, and even the apparent struggle—what is all of it arising in?
The dream at night is your perfect clue. Who’s been there in every dream, in every scene, in every story in and out of it? Who’s the constant presence beneath it all? If you truly see that, will there be any questions left?

Told myself I’m shifting today. That when I close my eyes to go to sleep, I’m gonna shift.
I’ve seen so many butterflies since saying that. Butterflies are my personal confirmation/self encouragement. And I’ve seen 4 different YouTube videos with butterflies in them. So that’s my sign lmao
Getting outta here tonight 🦋🦋🦋🦋
Don't force a shift.
Why is everyone trying to force a shift?? Like literally everywhere I see it's 'I'll shift tonight' or 'I'll lock in and shift' or 'I didn't shift yesterday but I will tonight' like? You know you can rest yeah? You don't have to 'go' so bad. The moment you think of shifting to your drs is the moment you've shifted. Do you even know how shifting works? I mean can we just relax? What's such a hurry to change the physical plane? Yes I know you miss your s/o, your friends and your family there but continuously hoping but not understanding how things work is not going to get you anywhere.
Get out of your own way. You don't need anything to shift. Shifting is your nature. You're shifting every moment because you're changing your awareness every moment. I can say from experience that moment you want something your subconscious knows. Do you know that your mind knows what you want? Do you know that you don't have to 'try' to do anything? Do you know that you just have to know now you have it? Do you know? Do you?
I'm seriously so sick of people saying they're gonna shift doing this or doing that. I understand if methods help you. I'm not trying to shame you for that. But the problem is when you wake up in your cr again your sweetass thinks that you didn't shift. LIKE WHAT.
You shifted the moment you thought of shifting. Say it with me SHIFTING IS CHANGING AWARENESS ONLY. The moment you claim that you've shifted, YOU'VE SHIFTED!!!!
Stop with the 'my surroundings didn't change', 'I didn't feel any symptoms' or 'I didn't try to shift'. Do you try to shift when you change your awareness from looking at your hands to looking at your feet? Did you try anything here? You didn't right? Do you try to shift when you change your awareness from one thought to another? Did you try anything here? Did you?
When you know that awareness is the only thing that matters, then why the fuck are you looking in the physical plane? Your reality is YOU. You haven't 'physically shifted' yet because you didn't shift internally!! There is no secret to shifting. Just know that you're in your dr (because you are!). That's it. That's literally it. You don't have to pretend anything. Just know the truth.
There is no need to do any method while going to sleep. There is no need to connect to your dr. You're already in your dr you can't connect more than that. In your mind exists literally every reality ever. You're already connected to every reality. There is no need to force yourself to feel any emotion regarding shifting. There is no need to affirm throughout the day. There is no need to gaslight yourself into thinking you're already there when your awareness is here.
You have you let your physical plane be. Stop fighting with the 3D. Stop fighting with yourself. It will pass through you when you let it. Your reality will change when you let it.
Your only job is to know that you already exist in your dr and that you're there. Everything else will shift on it's own because it's you. You just have to shift internally, you just have to know. Shifting is as easy as breathing. Every single breath you take is also a shift. It is super easy to do. Stop being in your own way.
Let every thought pass. Let every feeling pass. The knowing is stronger than any thought, any emotion. Stop looking outside of you when the reason it even exists is YOU.
"THAT" experiences, the body doesn't.
• The person you think you are cannot experience anything. Only "THAT" can. "THAT" is experiencing, "THAT" never waits.
• You are not the person you think you are, but you are already what your thoughts are looking for because you are the formless THAT, capable of appearing as any illusion because it is Nothingness by nature.
• It is THAT that can experience everything and anything, it is THAT that is constantly here and it is THAT that is experienced. And you are THAT.
• Look into your true existence, then understand that this existence is not as a person, not as a body, but as the formless THAT. IT transcends all limitations. Instantly.
• It's not about who you think you are, but about going through what you think you are. The apparent illusions are experienced by THAT, not the person you think you are and they are made out of that. THAT is experiencing THAT.

What led you to dualism or what took you away from the law of assumption?
Mostly how simple it is, no concepts, nothing happening, no rules, no 'how to', just THIS " " effortlessly aware of seemingly life.
law of assumption was meant to be a pointer to the fact that what " " is aware of, seemingly happens, but people added a lot of terms and methods to it till it became tiring and no sense.
Manifestation seems to happen but it's nothing appearing as some actual change. No need to overcomplicate it or to be part of that community.
Every (seemingly) thing is empty. Thoughts seems to happen, emotions seems to happen, an 'personal I' seems to happen, a 'world' seems to happen. We are just effortlessly aware of it, we can effortlessly dream something 'else'. It's not that serious, simply a dream. It's all the same, seemingly experiences, empty, " ".
To define is to limit. To create a method is to limit. Every appearance is the same " " and it's effortlessly seemingly happen. Malleable Nothingness, beautiful and simple.
