Kind of weird stretch but shields and decapitation

Huitzilopochtli’s sister quarrel (here comes the stretch) and how dead warriors had to peek behind their shields to enter Ilhuuicatl-Tonatiuh. Also just being a warrior god and having a hummingbird feather shield idk it’s seven in the morning

If I had a nickel for every war deity, born as an full adult with armor, patrons of the most important cities, who have a bird as a sacred animal and have siblings who are constantly humiliated by them.
